He replied with: Gen. 1:29. I am now completely healed after maybe two weeks. No pain, my hair does not fall out. I am free. So yes, praised the Lord!. Ah and most importantly, my heart and soul has been also healed. God bless you!

I was diagnosed with severe RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) in 2005 when I was 36 years old and told by one of the leading RA specialist in my country at the time that I need to go onto CHEMO to control the symptoms and then make peace with the fact that I will end up in a wheelchair before I turn 50. When I asked him if my problem is related to my diet ... he told me not to waste time with "old wives tales". I ignored his advice and started looking at my diet and learned more about what aggravates my RA .... 16 years later I'm in better shape and more active I've ever been.

That is true. Since 2018 I all of a sudden would have some seasonal depression. October would come and for the entire month I was depressed. For NO reason. I could not figure out what was going on. It happened again in 2019, in October.
Last year I decided to pay attention to my food and curb some things out, away. Whatever it was that would cause me to feel anxious all the time and could not focus well I would stop eating it. Once i learned foods that triggered me like that I stopped. Did it right on time before the season changed and when October hit...whew, didn't have such negative feelings that "nothing mattered" anymore. Will do same thing this year.

Now I'm so pleased to see my 22 year old son prepare his work lunches of fruit, veggies, nuts, a bit of meat or fish. He loves trying out different varieties of cooked veggies or salads. I turned 69 years old last May 10. Thank God that I am blessed to have good health. I do not have any kind of health problem to this date. I do eat a small serving of fresh fruit everyday, such as mangoes, watermelon, papaya, pomelo, avocado, tamarind, cantaloupe, and anything that is in season in my country. I also eat peanuts, almond nuts, pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and pitted dates. I eat greens such as cabbage, bok choy, watercress, celery, spinach, lettuce, okra, bittermelon and moringa, but not on a daily basis. I will have a slice or 2 of buttered white bread almost every other morning, and have 2 soft boiled egg every morning and a bowl of steel cut oats on other mornings. I drink water with a tbsp of apple cider vinegar 30 mins before every meal. I would have beef and pork meat once or twice a week and eat fish and chicken the rest of the week. I love yogurt, kombucha and water kefir, sauerkraut and fermented baby cucumbers. I am not concerned if I am eating organic or non organic food because organic is not readily available where I come from. BTW, I also enjoy chocolates and cake treats once in a while. I do not deprive myself of some of the guilty pleasures in life
Thank God that I have never been really sick of anything. My mother who had about the same eating habit as mine, lived to be 90 years old. I hope that by sharing this, I could encourage someone to eat moderately and still enjoy to the fullest.

I've been eating healthy for 20+ years, haven't been sick since then. Worked as a sushi chef for 10 years, always studied ingredients, or food in general. Don't think I would take advice from people who have bad poor eating habits especially when it shows. Stay away from processed foods with fructose, added sugar, alcohol, and eat fresh. Your body will take care of you at the end of the day.

diet and nutrition should be part of everyone's routine when it comes to regular medical check ups. Doctors really aren't concerned about preventative measures like proper nutrition and most don't even want to discuss nutrition as well as exercise. They're job is to deal with and treat illness and that's it. That's one main reason why our hospitals are filled with people who might not even been there had they been educated about proper nutrition.

Congratulations in taking interest in your personal health. I'm glad you are starting at a young age in watching what you eat. When I was 23, I ate a lot of junkfood and this worsened when I was in a bad marriage. Needless to say, I developed diabetes and a host of other illnesses.
You are right; we are being lied to...all the time. Even doctors (the ones that work for big pharma), routinely lie to patients in order to sell medicines and procedures. I've experienced this personally. So in the future, if you are being suggested medicines by your doctors, do your research first to see if food can fix the issue; if not, then use medicine as a last resort. That being said, one of the best things young people can invest in is organic foods. Health is wealth. And the people that profit from junkfoods are the ones investing in chemicals that are used in junkfoods. Why do you think certain people are billionaires and trillionaires? BTW, food at mcdonalds/pizzahut, etc isn't real food. Some of it is created in labs.
So yes, we are being lied to everyday and psychologically manipulated. And those doing that are getting away with it. So here's some unsollicited advice for you. Hope you don't mind because I wish someone taught me these things when I was your age :)

I live in a Medical University town. I have many health problems, two of which are Diabetes II and Acute Intermittent Porphyria. I tried Keto and fasting, trying to lose weight. I hurt my body by doing these. With porphyria, a patient needs to eat carbs and sugar. With Diabetes, very little carbs and sugar. I cannot find anyone in this area, who doesn't want me on drugs, and insulin. I want to cure myself with food! I feel like I am dying by 5:00pm, every day. I am going into a porphyria attack every day. This is not healthy! I have spent thousands of dollars on supplements, and buying pills, from online doctors. Soon, I will not have that money to spend. Could you tell me what type of doctor, I should seek? I have had 5 mini strokes, and now it is very difficult to find a neurologist who cares. I have gained back the 14 pounds I lost, and the weight is going up. This is not good for diabetics, or patients with porphyria. I am obese. I am at a loss! The only functional doctor in the area, charges approximately $500, a visit. Takes no insurance. I am not rich. There is one injection I could take, a new drug, but it costs $66,000 a month. They claim Medicare will cover it, but, I have called 4 times, and got four different answers.

People come to me for help around the world and I always instruct people to remove toxic poisons on food and to consume organic foods.
People immediately see an improvement in their health and the body knows exactly what to do to repair itself when given nutrition free of toxic poisons.
I have seen terminal diseases reverse when people got into alignment with the health laws of God for health.
The goal is not to add anything into your body that will create diseases. Practice making healthy choices every day and you will get better at loving yourself and taking excellent care of yourself!
If you make a bad food choice, dust yourself off, and practice making better food choices until you master discipline, if, your goal is to walk in health and not sickness.

This was a fantastic Panel! Super informative. As someone who lives in a food desert within one of American's many Black Communities, it makes me cringe at all the harm being done on so many levels. We have tons of these stores that call themselves "Grocery Stores" that do not sell one single vegetable (!!!). Upon walking into one of these stores all you see are aisles and aisles of potato chips, candy, and cookies. It is so difficult to find any type of vegetable let alone something organic. I feel such a deep concern for our young people. Eating junk has been woven into our culture in the most diabolical way over that past 30 years. Within that same time line you see this astronomical level of learning disabilities, behavioural issues, depression, low energy, obesity, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, bipolar, autism. Im clear that food is not the sole reason for all the current calamity we currently face, however, I know it is a HUGE foundational cause for much of it. I'm grateful to those that have been really trying to learn and teach about local farming (although that also needs proper supports to ensure that poisons are leaching in there as well), and education around the power of food. This panel has been really motivating. Thank you so much.

@@heatherclarke2361 Thank you for sharing your take on my comment. My point wasn't to avoid personal responsibility for the choices we make, we make choices based off of our options -we need better options... and my point wasn't to bash another culture. I work with all communities to get resources for my own. All communities have people that look out for the needs of their community, black people should be able to do it as well without being made out to be some irresponsible complainer. I am concern about the fact that we have bad options in low income black communities (not all black people live in black communities, not all black people live in Low income communities). Some people sit around and blame everybody for their problems: their mama, their daddy, these people, that people- as an escape from their own responsibilities, I'm not on that. I have been told I am uncooperative because I refuse most medicine and medical care. You should check out “The Physicians Committee” on TH-cam. They like to advocate for a whole food plant based diet and go into the statistics and studies to back up how this way of eating literally heals the body, the environment and of course the animals. I’d also check out a few documentaries on Netflix about a wfpb diet such as “What The Health,” “The Game Changers,” “Cowspiracy,” and “Seaspiracy.” In that order as well, all super informative and mind blowing. Hope this helps!

Monica Villasenor May consider the plant based diet . Mom of three and my kids are sick allll the time . I’m so tired of them being failed by the foods we eat. Want to help find foods they can thrive off of. I read Weston price diet and brain maker by dr perlmutter and wheat belly. Was shocked at how little I knew growing up.

    • @monicavillasenor2345
      @monicavillasenor2345 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@LeGeND-12 that’s good that you want to take charge of your children’s health, most parents don’t want or at least don’t care to and it’s sad bc the health epidemic is starting to reach out to the young ones and if society isn’t going to do anything then I guess we must take matter into our own hands, and if you’re not sure which lifestyle diet to do, I would recommend doing a experiment; one month try the Weston price/ wheat belly diet and the next month try a whole food plant based diet and by the end you can differentiate which works better for you and your kids. I’d probably also make a daily “ mood” log and at least walk for 30 min a day to really compare the two side by side by the end of it all! Also there’s an app called “21-Day Vegan” that gives you tons of recipes and grocery list to help you however I’m not too sure about the other diet(s) if they have any resources.

I believe good eating habits are established through some sort of influence. Could be family, friends, genuinely
Feeling better and looking better. Sad truth is, I’m 50 this year and can’t think of one person through my life who
has genuinely taken my advice and or taken their health seriously. Even after an illness or hospitalization people
Just can’t seem to find the strength to really want to change. I’m honestly tired of trying to help people who won’t
help themselves. Especially sad when it’s people I really care about. I used to spend time researching supplements
and diet plans specific to a persons needs. All to go to waste. I do this for me. And I never stop learning. Thanks for the great
    Video.

Just the best conversations with a great panel. I've been a foodie for many years, a plant based diet with some fish. However they are so right when they mention we cannot be perfect. A truth folks must embrace or they will feel defeated when they lower their bar. I am aware of most of this content but as a writer, i loved how each panelist expressed their parts of the convo. My biggest take-away is the realization that even though i eat pretty clean i have seen myself compromise and now i'm even more determined. The whole convo on hybridized food was so interesting. I know foods are but i learned alot anyway. I esp loved the corn convo. I've researched Maize and became obsessed with what i learned and also how the native americans used to soak the corn in milk before cooking it. Now i Must get heirloom corn to plant. I'll pause here. I feel like a panelist suddenly :) I've shared this with my family. tku for a great convo

My question is this, “Why after you eat whole food plant based and heal your body would you ever want to go back to eating all the crap?” I ended up in the ER after eating chocolate 28 years ago and have never eaten it since!!! Anaphylaxis reaction, I didn’t know why. I ate it a lot in my life and never had a problem. Five years later I developed Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Gained weight for years! I chose to go Gluten Free five years ago and for the first time in 20 years I lost weight-25 lbs just came off in about 6 weeks! And bonus I felt great, skin itching and rashes went away! Breathing issues gone! Now after going Vegan I lost another 15-20 lbs and feel wonderful! No more nasal congestion, no more fatigue, brain fog still present but much better. I can even exercise again! I’ll never go back to eating or feeling the way I used to even though I crave chocolate. I found Aussie Sharkbars and they are organic and very much satisfy my chocolate cravings! On the path to complete healing with food!!!
