    Yeah I have that problem with needing more protein but wanting to be strict with the keto chow shakes, so I'm adding carb free protein powder to supplement and keep calories down to lose weight.

    Hey Chris. Dr. Ted Naiman, the protein doc, says that immediately after eating the fat your blood sugar will not go up, but the next morning your fasting blood sugar will be up quite a bit. So the question is, is a delayed elevated blood sugar less harmful than an immediate elevated blood sugar. I don't know. I do know that I feel great when my dietary fat is high, but I don't lose weight.

    Question: So, do you need to find that sweet spot of eating enough fat for satiation, but not so much that you will not burn your own fat?

      U got it!!! U only need it till fat adapted. In other words you lose appetite.

    I am having a hard time eating the large amount of protein . I am so full.

    I only eat 2 meals a day and I'd like to up my protein with my noon Keto Chow. Do you have an idea of how much plain protein powder I could add to my daily Keto Chow.

      You can (add as much or a little as you like) mix additional low-carb flavored/unflavored protein powder, or collagen powder into your shakes.

    Im needing to know if flavored Electrolytes or zero calorie sugar and calories flavored water break a fast? And can i warm up keto chow to drink?

      They can provoke an insulin response, so flavored waters should probably be avoided.

    Yes your body makes glucose. We only need 1 tsp a day. don't add fat to shake and eat regular meat not lean. R you too married?
