If I take an ascorbic acid vitamin c pill I get urinary track issues, but if I take rose hips I do not get that stomach pain or urine burn. I always look for the rose hip vitamin c pills/capsules. I have the same problem with lemon juice or using True Lemon. I need vitamin c buffered, can't take it alone with just water. I can't eat fresh pineapples or digestive enzymes made from pineapples, but I have no problem with canned or baked pineapples. No problems with enzymes made from papaya. Strange how everyone's body can be so different from others. I'm also allergic to coconut, walnuts, Brazil nuts, Macadamia nuts, but not pecans or peanuts. Your talk makes me want to run into the kitchen for some butter.

Dekuypers makes an awesome 0 calorie cherry syrup. You should try them. I make my zero calorie cherry Sprite with.
