Currently on my KETO weight loss journey and have lost 80lbs. I am on the 4th month of a stall---YIKES! I have watched this video 3 times already!!! This video has strenghthen my confidence that I am on the right path and to continue doing what I'm doing. This video obviously speaks to me. THANK YOU!!!!! MS, HOWERTON!!
Regarding weight fluctuations, I weigh myself every time I use the bathroom. Most often the advice given is to only check once a week or so. But I check about 10 or 20 times a day. There is a solid 10 lbs fluctuation through the course of a day, almost entirely water weight. If anyone weighs over 200 lbs, that could easily fluctuate more than 10 lbs in a day. Don't put too much stock into minor fluctuations. I find using the minimum and maximum of each day as a rough guage of how much I weigh. I don't stress out over the number, but if you're the type of person who does, you might want to avoid this strategy. Do whatever works for you.
This is probably my favorite talk of the summit. I thought that I did not need this, but, oh yes I do! Thank you, Kim.
She was great!

You can always just jump right back on the wagon. Be kind to yourself.

Anyone is welcome to destroy my dreams so long as they help me rebuild my reality.
