Just make sure you add the stretching on at the end to make it more complete I have some good tutorials on my channel which is mostly dedicated to stretch, and here's a final thought for you all a recent survey conducted by the Daily Mail Uk revealed that half of us can't even touch our toes this area of our fitness definitely as to be improved feel free to try out my tutorials.
I’ve been doing Casey’s calendars for a few weeks but I’ve always avoided Sunday’s because I hate working about my abs. I realized that I won’t get better if I don’t even try so this was my first day doing her Sunday workout and it hurt bad and I took quite a few breaks but overall I don’t feel discouraged about it anymore. Day 22 of the beginner's calendar done! Doing this workout after the 20 minute intermediate abs was torture but I stuck it out the best I could. ❤ just 6 more days to go!!
Im proud of myself. In the beginning of this year I could not have imagined being able to do this. Let along with weights! I did modify the under twist by going on the knees instead of extended legs. (Only managed to do 2 with extended legs..something to work on hihi) Consistency really is key. Thank you Cassey. This was a refreshing new workout!
I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks now together with some of your other videos and I truly can't believe just how much progress I've made! I used to struggle with holding side plank for more than 5 seconds and today I held it for one whole minute! It's incredible just how much our bodies can do with just a tiny bit of love.
OH. MY. QUAD. I've been on my own 90-day challenge to get my BMI down into the healthy range for the last 2 weeks. I'm writing this at the beginning of my 3rd week of doing 1 hour of POP Pilates 5X a week and I can feel and see a HUGE difference in my overall strength and stamina. I was able to keep up with this entire video (including those last 3 moves!) for the first time this week!!! If you're reading this, Cassey, thank you so, so much for encouraging me on my fitness journey and giving me the tools to become a stronger, happier version of myself. I LOVE the total body transformation series, especially the length of the videos and the preview of the moves at the beginning. Can't wait to share my 90-day results with you in 9 more weeks!

I did the blogilates workouts daily 4 years ago. I was fit, strong and happy in my body. After 2 years I stopped working out and gained 20 kilograms. Now almost 5 years later I start to work out again with Cassey and it feels so refreshing! Getting the may calendar done 💪

I have to say that I started doing Pop Pilates again after a couple years away last month. When I started I could BARELY hold up a side plank - my side was centimetres off my mat. Now a month later I could do the whole 2 minutes of those side plane pass throughs. It works!
I was going to do some exercise when I heard my brother yelling loudly on his mic, gaming at midnight-- I usually let him know because our mother wakes up early to go to work, and it really disturbs her sleep. This time he just yelled at me to go away, and honestly I was so shocked I left and cried for like 15 minutes straight. It's been a burden trying to stay positive while multiple people in my house insist on being angry at everything, I don't think I'd bother if it wasn't for my mother. But I also picked myself up again and finished this workout, and I genuinely feel better. I really appreciate the energy you're sharing with us through your videos, I think I'll be doing the right thing if I keep working on myself like I did during this workout. Dear Future and Past Grass, Today, it's still no joke. My shoulders want to jump off my body! I only modified for the Boat Infinities because my abs aren't strong enough (YET). I didn't have a 30 minute ab video before this one so I definitely had an easier time than Past Grass did. I still felt my abs either way. I ALMOST did this with no breaks but the last 2 moves were killer! Trust me though, the breaks were quick. - Grass
I like this new 10min series, Idk what it is, but if I can put it into words, it's very straight forward (I can decide if its right for me based on your intro) and I like being able to choose three 10min videos for a 30min work out. I like to do a couple of your HIIT videos and do a target video like this. Plus these new videos have some nice low mod cardio in them :) Very nice.

Hi Cassey, I started out wanting to do pilates after an free intro class b4 covid. Unfortunately, monthly cost was $80 and i.just didn't have it. I committed to finding online, I've seen you here and there the past few years and paid no mind. This January til now /future? I've been doing your workouts daily. I started at first crying bc I could do only half a situp and then I pushed and you went from random chick to Cassey my pilates instructor. Hello I'm new here thank you for your beautiful workouts in 59 and was an avid aerobics freak and did weight training. I had spine surgery in 2015 and cervical fusion to my neck vertebrae. It's been a struggle but I'm pressing on cos I love it. Slower now because I have to. You have great controlled exercises and such an amazing spirit. Very attractive lady🙏

Sometimes I have to workout in my bedroom next to my bed in a pretty small strip of space, and some workouts are impossible without a bit of space. I'd love to see a whole body workout that takes up as little space as possible - like no part of you goes outside the mat edge.

Wow! Okay, i've been following you for about two years now (your workouts helped me lose 40 pounds in about 4 months!), but how your body has transformed since you did the 90 day challenge (and continued it thus far) I am so encouraged! Cassey and I have VERY similar body types (in terms of where our fat stores) and how we either put on fat or muscle. My body even runs best on high protein diets as you discussed, so I have hope that I can transform my body and get my stomach and waist lean like yours! I stopped working out for some months and gained about ten pounds but even when I was at 120 I still had more fat than muscle. So my goal is to gain muscle now and lean out! Thanks for these videos. I'm going to try the 90 day challenge once I'm done with this work trip! Also, for my "weight" I used a decorative wooden duck I found in my airbnb room 😂😂
Cassie, I've loved your videos for the past 5 years! And the fact you can do them during lockdown is even more of a bonus. I usually do them twice a week and try and fit a few videos in but I love that you can just do 10 minutes if you don't have time. I’ve been doing your videos for a while and thus is the first time I’ve successfully done shoulder tap planks longer than a couple seconds. (Almost the whole minute, not quite yet) Thanks for getting me there!
A couple modification ideas! If you can’t yet hold yourself in the boat position while doing the figure 8, put the bottom heel on the ground. It still engages the core! And if you can’t yet hold yourself up in a side plank, put the bottom knee on the ground! Both of these helped me a ton because I’m not in excellent shape lol

My obliques!!! Such a good workout and I didn't use the weight! I tried to use my water bottle, but I'm just not at that level. Everything was burning though! Loved it!
I tried this video again after following the workout calendar for 2 months and I noticed such a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my strength! I could barely do the side planks before and now I can do them without any breaks! Shook!!!!!! (although its funny that there is not much visual difference in my abs but I am definitely MUCH stronger!)
At first, I was really intimidated by weights (I have few dumbells at home so I decided to try it), but it turns out that 3 months of working out with Cassey made me stronger than I thought. It was difficult but doable.

I used to do your videos all the time but ever since a for a gym membership I stopped... I still watch them lol but I didn’t like follow along but now that I’m stuck inside omgggg thank you for keeping me motivated and fit !!!!
Wow! Okay, i've been following you for about two years now (your workouts helped me lose 40 pounds in about 4 months!), but how your body has transformed since you did the 90 day challenge (and continued it thus far) I am so encouraged! Cassey and I have VERY similar body types (in terms of where our fat stores) and how we either put on fat or muscle. My body even runs best on high protein diets as you discussed, so I have hope that I can transform my body and get my stomach and waist lean like yours! I stopped working out for some months and gained about ten pounds but even when I was at 120 I still had more fat than muscle. So my goal is to gain muscle now and lean out! Thanks for these videos. I'm going to try the 90 day challenge once I'm done with this work trip!
Also, for my "weight" I used a decorative wooden duck I found in my airbnb room 😂😂

Cassie, I've loved your videos for the past 5 years! And the fact you can do them during lockdown is even more of a bonus. I usually do them twice a week and try and fit a few videos in but I love that you can just do 10 minutes if you don't have time. And...It's even more interesting now I have a 21month old jumping all over me whilst trying to do these exercises! Haha

Cassey, I saw your kickbox cardio vids with your sister, and i really really wish you would do a series together! Some moves were a bit complicated for me to follow, though, so i would prefer if the news vids would be more explanatory. I love you so much btw!
I did most of the 100 day ab challenge and this was WAY HARDER than any of those videos!!!!

I’ve been doing your videos for a while and thus is the first time I’ve successfully done shoulder tap planks longer than a couple seconds. (Almost the whole minute, not quite yet) Thanks for getting me there!
finally i could finish the twisting side plank without pausing!! yay
A couple modification ideas! If you can’t yet hold yourself in the boat position while doing the figure 8, put the bottom heel on the ground. It still engages the core! And if you can’t yet hold yourself up in a side plank, put the bottom knee on the ground! Both of these helped me a ton because I’m not in excellent shape lol
Yesss! Training up my abs and definitely incorporating this into my daily workouts! 💪🏼

My obliques!!! Such a good workout and I didn't use the weight! I tried to use my water bottle, but I'm just not at that level. Everything was burning though! Loved it!

I tried this video again after following the workout calendar for 2 months and I noticed such a HUGE DIFFERENCE in my strength! I could barely do the side planks before and now I can do them without any breaks! Shook!!!!!! (although its funny that there is not much visual difference in my abs but I am definitely MUCH stronger!)
At first, I was really intimidated by weights (I have few dumbells at home so I decided to try it), but it turns out that 3 months of working out with Cassey made me stronger than I thought. It was difficult but doable.
I did pop 20 then went strait to your channel and OMG MY ABBS ARE DYING!!!!! Loved this workout Cassey!!!! Thank you for being such a huge inspiration to me! 💜💖☺️
