  • Sleep training was honestly the BEST THING we ever did. In this video I cover ALL.THE.THINGS about my baby's sleep and our sleep training experience. I talk about our experience using the Ferber and Cry it Out method and how I still feed him to sleep every night. He has been doing all his naps on his own and sleeping through the night since 8 months old.
    Emanuel's routine:
Wake up between 6.30am-7.30am (is left in cot until 7.30am)
    Nap: 10am-10.30am
    Nap: 1.30pm-3.30pm
    Asleep: 7.30pm

I don’t really agree to hold off sleep training until they no longer feed at night. Sleep training earlier than that can actually help eliminate nighttime feeds. That being said, sleep training should be held off until 4 months, so that way night time feeds are no longer an issue to begin with.

My bubs is 6 months now and is not sleeping at around 3-5am! We also recently dropped the middle of the night feed!

I have a question on baby camera and whether you can hear the baby from another room. How do you make sure you can hear him crying in the middle of the night if we put him in another room, and which camera helps to do this?

Hi Jo I read that you leave him in cot until 7:30 am before picking him up, would he cry after waking up or was he ok playing?

How has the fixed routine been long term? I have a 6 month old and his naps are mainly based on his wake windows (2h) so everyday looks different. He still wakes up every 3h a night to feed 🫠 I wonder if the fixed schedule would help the night? 🤔

Did you do CIO for both naps and night time sleep at the same time?

Can I ask which blackout panel you use? I got one called sleepout and it doesn’t fully block light around edges so I can’t get room black

Great video regarding sleep training! So glad to know that it didn’t take that long for Emanuel to adjust to the new sleep routine❤️.

Very helpful video! my bub is 4mo so its good tips for me to consider. What was E's overnight sleeps like before 8mths? My bub still wakes up every 3hrs wanting a feed (day + night). I tried to pat him in the hopes to skip a night feed but he always looks wide away.

Your video is super helpful! During nap training- If your baby cries and doesn’t actually go back to sleep, Do you start his wake window when you get him out of his bed?

  • @farzanaahmed939

Do we have to follow same for nape as well

Did you buy easy blackout or easy night blinds? Confused as to which one to get. Thanks!

When you started sleep training was your baby teething? Had he started solids?
