Ladies: Squat and lift weights as much as you can. Buy some and keep them on your home. Don’t focus on losing weight. Focus on building muscle.

I think that is my issue. Haven't worked out in years and last year, went in full force, 5-6 days of HIIT a week. Didn't lose a pound!! Even with clean eating. So, now I need to change my mentality and start weights

Omg!!! That’s exactly what my body is going through! The saggy nasty looking thighs! At 48, my body changed what it seemed like overnight! I haven’t been sleeping. Finally I saw an anti aging doctor. I starting sleeping, stop cravings with olive oil around 7 pm. Biotin & other vitamins. I slept for 10 nights straight and lost 7 lbs, 2% BFI. I am glad I came across this video bc my husband and I couldn’t believe how flabby I got in less than 3 months from lack of sleep. High Cortisol levels too.....us women go through hell n back! Thank you 🙏

Hey!! Once you get your hormones under control by changing your diet but most important: get good Quality Sleep!!!! That alone will let your body recover! I always ate pretty healthy-mu skin reflects it but I did snack between meals (dried fruit like mango & apricot thinking it was a healthy snack. Well! When I looked at the added sugar, I was eating a ton of it & carbs. I am doing the intermitente Fasting, eating a lot more salads than before and my thighs & butt are starting to take shape again without working out. I was also blessed with naturally good muscle tone. Muscles have memory. They will come back “home”. 🙏😀 . Start eating his way of life and you will be amazed how quick your body starts responding, including your mood!!! I love this man!! He saved me and my body from eating itself.....i want to spread his message to everyone I know! Try it for 1 month. 💃♥️

It's actually amazing how long this process can actually take post menopause. I've been OMAD, Ketovore for six months straight, strength and cardio training now 5-6 days a week and have only lost 15 pounds. I still have another 15 to go. I was really discouraged after 4 months, but now I just keep doing it, knowing that at 54 this is not a race like it was in my 40's.

You can do 500 sit-ups a day and still will not repair without surgery. Good luck. I could not believe the difference in my life. When I work out daily, I feel GREAT, and I’m in my 60s. A good night’s sleep is all it takes for me to fully recover from workouts. Kiwis are very high in Vit C, as are many other fruits. A staple for me. So don’t take extra Vit C, just from foods. But take loads of other supplements anti inflammatory like Boswellia, Tumeric, Cat’s claw. Also brain supplements like GABA, Theanine, Lion’s mane, fish oil and yes antioxidants like CoQ10, EGCg, Pycnogenol etc. Eat tons of deep baby greens daily along with Sprouts of broccoli and mixed beans. But haven’t tried the amino acids he talks about at bedtime. But I just about never get sore, so not sure I’d benefit.

Also I make a ginger garlic onion fruit smoothie. Its spicy and I can only drink a little at a time. Anyway, I know and am seeing that I didnt put on the weight in a day and I wont take it off in a day. When I learned to enjoy the journey and relax, do what I can in they gym and increase good vitamins and proteins, I saw weight loss starting with inches over time. Hope this helps!

so that's why when you start to eat healthy in the beginning you will often will not lose weight but will instead build up muscle. later once the muscle atrophy has been rectified your body will then begin to burn fat.

He clearly states what the supplements are: Valine, Leucine, Iso-leucine and the co-factors (vitamins that assist the aminos) B3, B6 and Vitamin C; lastly, Omega 3 in the form of Flax Oil. He then instructs to take the aminos at night before bed bc that is when the body repairs itself. I, personally, would take the co-factors and fish oils in the morning bc B vitamins can rev you up. I gleaned that from one listen of the video.

I have taken B vitamins at night and it gave me so much energy at bedtime it disrupted my ability to fall asleep. Any suggestions?
