I begin to see this doctor for 4 days, and apply some of the things I see in his videos (about Intermittent fasting, issues with cortisol, potassium, and Sleep), and I already lost 3 kg, I want to cry. I needed this man 15 years ago, and schools should be teaching all this important knowledge about your body and nutrition. God bless you doctor.

I'm glad you read old books. My grandfather was a doctor from the 1920s thru 1960s. You mention a lot of information that was known years ago, but today is not taught.
When I was a teen, I went to Norway as an exchange student for about 4 months. My host family really only ate fish from the sea nearby (Salmon, shrimp, sardines, herring) and berries such as cherries and blueberries. My host mother made homemade bread every night for the next morning served with brown tart goat cheese and homemade jam she made. That was about all we ate, yet is was satisfying. I lost all my cellulite on my legs and my skin became smooth, golden and glowing like. It was the first thing people noticed when I came back to the states.

Watched a lot of youtube video from professionals even those who are professional trainers to celebrities. I find them very confusing or too complex for me to understand. I could never understand why I still have processed carb craving which end up with keto cheat over and over again till I decide to watch Dr Berg videos. I have made up my mind that I am sticking with Dr Berg advice most definitely. His explanation is easy to understand and makes sense to me. This man is correct about the cellulites not being fats but a lymphatic disorder. That is why dry brushing is very helpful in eliminating cellulites. It activates your lymphatic drainage. After just a month of dry brushing in the morning before shower everyday you will see big difference. By dry brushing everyday cellulite slowly fading away. Just make sure you moisturiser every after shower.

When I was in beautiful shape, till about age 40, I noticed that if I clenched a certain part of my body, I saw cellulite, but only when I clenched- and that was in my 20's! I had no weight gain until around age 40 - so I really am starting to understand now, and am on my way to fixing this! Thank you Dr. Berg!!!

Look into your hormones as hormone imbalance plays a huge roll in cellulite. That's the reason i's mostly in women, yes, some men get it however very minimal. I never had cellulite and when I went through peri and menopause that's when it popped up. I am a health nut, eat great! and stay healthy. Since my hormones have been balanced the cellulite is gone. I upped my time to 45 mins now for a month! I am finally getting results!! So big !! Thank you! And I will up my potassium and stay calm , meditate, and live my best life!

I just ordered your adrenal supplement. This made so much sense. I am 58 and feel like I have no energy running through me. I am getting potassium too,!! Thank you so much.

I haven't been laying eggs since I was 52, and upped my potassium at your recommendation. What a nice thing to know, and definitely seeing the difference. Thanks for all the great information. I'd like to discuss your doing videos for kids for a website. You're the one I think of as the authority on body function.

Sounds like it’s for a good cause, but fraught with risk on his part...I don’t see him signing on.

@@vmg2025 any work where children are involved even if indirectly increases his liability. For example if he recommends parent give their children vitamin D3+K2 in amount above what the bottle states (like he does for adults) even if there is scientific evidence to do so, then *any* problems with any of the kids whose parents follow that advise would make Dr Berg potentially liable. Who would sign up for such risk?
      Sorry for any prior confusion.

As a therapist I know dry brushing is great for lymphatic drainage and cellulite.

I’ve heard that dry brushing your skin and fascia blasting are very effective treatments for cellulite as well. What are your thoughts about rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline)? I’ve heard that rebounding is not only good as a cardiovascular exercise, it’s also good for your lymphatic system.

Dr. Eric I've struggled with lymphadema since I was a child and no one could figure out how and why I was retaining water in my feet legs and ankles. Which made it extremely hard for me to find shoes. I'm grateful for coming across your page , I'm currently on a weight loss journey and plan to implement this in the my routine.. I'll definitely keep you updated. Thanks again for making this video

Also consume more collagen from bone broth soups, jello, & pudding. That fatty jello like state that broths turn into is often confused w/ being fat but its not, its actually a protein that helps heal your bones, tendons, skin, & hair & we get too little of it in most diets all the same. Itll help tighten up your skin & make you look younger.
