Great information here from Ben (as always), but I have to say... that gym.... WOW. Beautiful.

Best straight forward information from one of the best in the sport. After focusing on retracting and depressing my scapula, my bench press increased by nearly 2 times.
    Thank you BPak

Excellent video on training oneself to fix a major issue that is almost a universal problem when someone is having a hard time training chest properly or even feeling their chest. This is excellent information thank you so much, Ben! I’m going to start using these tips today! Like some of the other guys said, I wish I had this information years ago. I frickin LOVE what you are doing for everyone and just sharing your knowledge like this and on your podcast especially. It has made a huge impact on my training and my life overall.
P.s. Will these exercises help build some thickness in the lower and mid traps?

Your saying is very true and convincing. I couldn’t agree more with your line of reasoning which I support fully. Besides, actual experience proves every point you made. Thank you for sharing.

One of those videos you wish you saw many years ago. Thanks Ben! Wondering if you recommend retracted and depressed scapula position during other movements (i.e. overhead press, lat pulls, ect...)?

retracted and depressed for horizontal pushing motion. For overhead press, and lat pull, best to let the scapula move freely. There is good article on this by contreras and other physical therapist expert

Ben would it be possible for you to do a video on “winged scapula” or I believe it’s call a weak anterior scapula and how to “fix” it.
    Thanks Big B

Glad to see you around again Ben ! was watching vids from 2013 (with mike chang :((( ) I have a question stupid but... what doues mi40 stands for?

I’ve heard Ben talk about this. It’s Muscle Intelligence 40. The 40 is significant because he uses the number 40 for many different things like rest periods between sets, number of exercises in his programs, and the number of days of his training programs, which is supposed to be the optimal amounts for muscle building and hypertrophy.

Should I do these excercises before, after or instead my regular workout? How many sets and reps? 🤔
But thanks for the helpful video! 🤗
