I was going to stop at 3 days, but I found your recipes so interesting I had to try them out. I lost around 4 kilos, which is 8.8 Ibs in 5 days, from Wednesday to Monday a.m. You could say I was ecstatic and I now know what to do if I get stuck in a plateau. I am shocked that I could eat so much butter and cream cheese. 😮. I also had cream in 3 cups of coffee per day, 4 litres of filtered water with lemon juice, and cinnamon in my coffee and some of the foods. Took a ginger tablet also, but didn’t start that till Friday. Thanks for the videos. One very happy camper here.😅

@@pennyg3797 Find ways to make things work for you and mix it up . I like walking and started by setting my timer for 5 min and walked so by the time i get home its 10, then add a min a day . We can be creative to build up our determination . For me, watching the scale go down and clothes fitting better is motivating .

Here’s a great tip to make this easier-add maple extract to butter and heat to thicken. It will be a delicious “maple syrup” on the waffle/crepe/pancake dishes
Finally! Someone who has actual recipes for this diet. Thank you! I've watched so many videos of people just eating the same fried or boiled eggs and chaffles. These are recipes that could really keep me on this quick weight loss diet. I don't even need to lose weight. What has happened to me is that as I get older my tummy has started to stick out. I do exercise and I eat right most of the time so I'm hoping doing something a bit drastic like this may give my guts a kick start and get rid of whatever toxins they're holding onto. I plan to do this for 3 days because I know 5 days would be more than I could handle.

I started the egg fast diet today to give me a motivational jump on weight loss before switching to Atkins/Keto. After the first day, I realized that I needed more ideas besides hard boiled eggs and omelets. I look forward to trying the waffles and pancakes. I may try the lemon bars on day 3 as a "reward". I am only doing 3 days and then making a turkey on the 4th day for me and the family.

I'm on day 5 of an egg fast, eating only pastured eggs and grass fed ghee, and so far I've lost a grand total of 1.5 pounds. Quite disappointing. But I have been eating strict carnivore for 2 months leading up to this, so I didn't have a lot of carb related water weight to lose like a lot of people who try an eat fast.
All but one of the recipes don't follow the requirement for 1 T fat for 1egg. Only 1 T of fat is used in the pancake recipe, pizza, waffle recipe. Only 2T of fat is used in the quiche recipe. No fat in the oatmeal recipe. And 4 T of fat in the lemon bars with 7 eggs (3 T short of butter according to the rules). Very confusing. What's up with that?

My suggestion would be a such. 1. On Google type in TDEE calculator. It'll ask you basic things like height weight and the amount of physical activity you do per week. Be Honest on that part. It'll then give you a breakdown of how many calories you're eating per week to maintain your current weight. It'll then give you an option to select Cutting as in losing weight and show you exactly how many calories you should be eating in a week to lose half a pound to a pound per week. 2. The things listed in this video are great food choices but still at the end of the day if you're overeating the amount of Base Cal you're supposed to have per day you will not lose weight. 3. Find out that number, stick to it each day, and will in fact lose weight overtime. 4. Going for a 30 minute walk each day will also help this process. Good luck!

If you havent had coffee with egg yolks blended in your missing out. So good its like bulletproof coffee but more smooth consistency is like velvet.

Not during this 3 day fast, since it's only focuses only on very low carb, high fat, and protein rich foods.
