So nice to be reminded of how the pursed lip breathing releases tension in the body. As a Respiratory Therapist, I taught this technique to all my Chronic Lung Patients that were struggling with shortness of Breath, fear and anxiety. Such a great technique to use with yoga practice as well. Thanks Tim🙏

That was, again, phenomenal, thank you! I always have my phases doing yoga. The last time i did yoga with you was shortly before i learned i am pregnant and it was i think your first online zoom class. After the birth of my son i needed time then i needed something calmer and not so strong so i went for Yoga with Adriene. In the last few months i am slowly getting back to you and i am so glad to realize that my body didn´t forget. You two are the best teachers!

i have so little strength today i was worried about a 30 mn practice but it felt amazing (i modified a few things to avoid standing up and it felt great). Thanks Tim, still with you! We've been playing catch up on the classes following an interruption to the challenge by a Tropical Cyclone which crossed over our city on the 25/1. Many of us lost electricity for 2 days and with current heatwave conditions, it's been a challenge just to keep moving, stay hydrated and sleep! Post cyclone clean done now, so back to the mat! Almost there!!

Love the explanation of the NS staying calm in order to stretch more and of course the use of the support for the leg really needed for me as I have tight hamstrings from running. Very useful and easy exercise with yoga🎉❤. Really appreciate. U can also use Om sound for breathing exercises. It is universal. And it's really make you so relaxed. And one more thing your house is very beautiful and full with positive energy and beautiful colours.🎉
