    I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

    Yes!!!!!!!! Was debating/arguing with a 18 year "boxing vet" who his student move his right forward instead of keep it by the side of the face while throwing the jab. He also had his student follow thru with the lead hook on the heavy bag instead with a slight pull back. A Great way for a rotator cuff injury. Especially, on the heavy bag.

    Hey man, just watched a couple of videos after looking for an Ikusa review (just bought them btw :D) I was wondering, in this video you say all your punches should be the same, as if you form should not alter. Is that something for beginners to simplify things or do you think keeping consistent form is important for all boxers?

      Maciek Biernacki,
      first, hit share. then tap "copy link"
      then go to your browser. after that, paste the link and wait for it to fully load(important!) then, type in "magic" in between you and tube. it should bring you to a website called save-video.com.
      hit "download video" then choose the type of video you want(mp4, 3gp, etc.)
      then, hit "click here to start download" and boom. Or just get a YT Red Membership

    Hey man my boxing trainer told me to throw a hook u have to move ur arm with ur body & ur elbow has to go across ur face.. & i see ur doing different things who is correct??

    • @mmc7705
      @mmc7705 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the distance to the target. If its a tight close hook that's going to be a quick snapping motion fighting on the inside, your Boxing trainer has the right idea. This is more of a snap hook when you have a little bit of space between you and your opponent. Hope that helps.

    This guys hitting the top of the bag.. try hitting the lower part of the bag... when you hit the top of the bag, it seems like you’re hitting so hard, but try hitting the lower part of the bag and you will notice is harder and it hurts your knuckles.
