Impressive instruction! Remerber me? 75 year old lady, just starting. I have been working with speed bag and punching bag. Not doing very well with speed bag. My son (retired from marines), is working with me and we are both advancing from watching your videos. We are not an equal match in the ring but I am having the time of my life!

Breathing tenses your core which can help since most of power comes from hips and your core.

can i ask why in almost all martial arts video, when you hit, you breathe out with a loud "psh"?
i mean, i know i have to breathe out during a technique, but why the "psh" sound?

i think u went a little wrong here
u should have stepped the right foot with the cross

year late response, but I've never seen anyone step forward for their cross. You would only step forward if you were repositioning yourself.

Thomas you guys this is fundamental boxing here he wasn’t stepping forward... pretty sure he is stepping to the side to create angles

Your boxing stance needs some work bro. Your back heel should line up with your front toe on a line. You tend to keep your foot foot directly in front of your back foot. Not to good for balance, power or demonstration. It's good that you want to help people with your videos but you need to exercise perfect form and technique or you're not going to do them much good.
