  • Here are some more ideas on how to train on the heavy bag. Make sure you've practiced all your punches individually and you feel comfortable throwing them before you move on to this. Notice I'm always using my technique even when throwing 5 or 6 punch combos. Proper technique will always ensure you maximize your workout and avoid injury. Check out the previous video for some other ideas. Stay tuned for more.

Subscribed and have watched all your videos. Good to see a seasoned fighter with clear knowledge and communication. Get fed up of seeing armature clips and people who "think" they know the subject. Well done buddy

Very nice I enjoy watching your videos. Subscribed! I have a question do you have kicking instruction? as in you are good in combos. Perhaps adding kicks in combos will be a lot of fun. Thanks ! :)

The weigh ins are like the day before the fight right, or that's just in pro matches, I don't know, but how do you bulk 2 pounds in short amount of time?

Yo! I am 18-year-old girl from Finland and I just started boxing one year ago. Unfortunately my nearest boxing camp is so far away from my home that I can't go there more than once per week. I have my own heavy bag and other training stuff at home.
However I have tiny problem. I tend to blink my eyes a lot while sparring matches which is quite disturbing. I am not scared of begin hit, its more like subconscious reflex. Any tips how I could fix that and get overall more relaxed during fight?
