A 57yo female here just getting back into video guided exercise regimen after long hiatus. Used to work out regularly to videos years ago and went for more naturalistic forms like housework and walking outdoors, swimming, etc. Unemployed so can’t afford a gym membership now. This was an excellent workout and easily modifiable for the out of shape like me. Music isn’t annoying and simple demos with no verbal cuing is also a plus. I was going to attempt 100 squats and this is what I did instead. Definitely adding to my playlist. Thank you!

I make your Squats every day in a Little different was using a light kettlebell. So i‘m able, muscel training to intergrade. So i think, i can update a large range in my Training beside dayliy Running. It‘s a short exercice range, i can really make every day. Mandy thanks ( excuse my Bad englisch, but I am german and I don‘t know, whether you would understand the german languige).
