मै, गुलाबजाम चासनिमे डालनेके बाद, गॅसके उपर गुलाबजाम का बरतन रखकर 5 मिनिट उसको उबाल आनेतक रख देती हूं,थोडीदेर बाद एकदम डबल हो जाते है,आपने जो गुलाबजाम कट करके दिखाया था वो अंदर से थोडा कच्चा दिख रहा था,उसमे पुरी तरह से चासनी नहीं देखी,अगर आप उसको 5 मिनिट उबालकर देखो,आप फरक मेहेसुस करोगी.
