[ INGREDIENTS ]
🍁For Eggless Gulab Jamun Cake Sponge:
6 inch round cake mould
1 cup all purpose flour/maida (120 gram)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gram)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gram)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gram)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gram)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp rose essence
1/2 tsp cardamom essence
1/4 tsp kesar/ saffron essence
1 tsp vinegar/ lemon juice
2/3 cup milk
🍁For cream frosting:
10-12 gulab jamun
1 & 1/4 cup chilled whipped cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom essence
1/4 tsp kesar/ saffron essence
few drops of yellow gel food colour
🍁For garnishing:
chopped pista & almonds
dry rose petals
silver leaf/ chaadni varak
