Because there are two types of the cheesecake one is baked and other is non baked. Some people like baked version better(in taste) also you don't need a setting agent(gelatin, agar agar) for it. But you may need that for non baked also the taste is quite different too.
White chocolate is necessary for this cake as it not only acts as setting agent as well as sweetening agent. (As we are not using gelatine or agar agar)
mam i made this without gulabjamun, i kept it overnight, then too it’s melting , the crust is very crunchy and tasty but the cheesecake part white color is melting, please help
The stability of a cheesecake depends upon the weather you are staying in. If you are facing problems, you can increase the quantity of white chocolate as it will act as a setting agent. Or you can use gelatine and agar agar as setting agents
