Hi Stephen no company today I see …in answer to your question..no I’ll never tire of watching your vids ..there full of fun beauty &the odd song or short poem ..I just love the Pennine way absolutely beautiful..can’t wait for the next one 😊
Hello Ruth...i have had a week off work, so lots of videos this week, like i say it keeps me out of mischief and gives me something to do...out again tomorrow...thanks Steven
Beauteful spring colors in the Peak District and wonderful views. Very nice sharing. Greetings 👍😊
Many thanks
Another enjoyable walk and keep making the videos - amazing views - thanks for taking us on your journey.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great hike with a short shower of rain ,,
Yeah..no worries
Wowwww so beautiful and nice video sharing friend ❤
Very nice sharing. Full support and watching now ❤
Have a great day friend
Thanks for visiting
Another nice place to get out and explore, thanks for the video.
Glad you enjoyed it
What a lovely walk. Stunning scenery. This is a beautiful area. Hope you are having a good weekend. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thank you! You too!
Great film, that was bizarre that chap asleep under the tarp with a suitcase!!!+
Yeah...i wonder what the story was behind that.
Best sharing as usual! Lots of love and respect from a solo mountain hiker friend from the Hindu Kush Mountains Lower Chitral District of Pakistan!
Thanks..i really appreciate your comment
well done and thumbs up 👍🎥💯
Thank you! Cheers!
People with dogs off lead. Exactly what you said and thats putting it politely 😂. Another excellent vlog pal. Keep them coming 👌👌
Cheers mate...the thing is i can't keep my mouth shut..i am sure i will get a punch on the nose one day...
You're certainly cranking out the videos Stephen. I think your call on the dog walker was spot on, they are ignorant. Our local lakes have ducks, swans, geese and other waterbirds on them, This time of year the Swans are nesting and still folk let their dogs off the lead. You say anything and usually you get a mouthful of abuse off the owners. Well done on ticking a few more peaks off the list.
Thanks Andy...trouble is, i can't keep quiet...i am sure i will get a punch on the nose one day...been off work this week hence 5 videos...out tomorrow for the last one before returning to work...cheers mate.
Another great hike, Steven. I'd risk it for a swisskit. They should keep the dogs on a lead. As for four a week I think it's great but I've been away in holidays for 2 weeks so it will take me a while to catch up. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers mate....hope you had a good holiday
Nice one Steven... I don't think I'll get sick of these, really enjoying this series you are doing, Keep them coming... The walk up to Bramah looked tough but that view is some reward.... Thanks for sharing
Thanks Nathan...glad you are enjoying the series..lots more to come...cheers pal.
A lovely walk. Good stuff 😊
Many thanks
Hi Steven
Another great video
We get cross when we see dogs off the leads around wildlife especially this time of year and we're dog owners, good for you telling them 😊
Really enjoying these videos, well done 4 in a week, we're still editing our Autumn roadtrip ones 😂😂😂😂
Have a fabulous weekend
Morgs Jo and Boo 🐕 ❤
Thanks 👍as always, great to hear from you
I would never get tired of your videos- keep them coming, I'm impressed by how quickly you've been ticking off those hills. 😄Well done! As for dogs off leads, I totally agree. I saw a guy once with a dog who was grabbing lambs by the throat- he still didn't put his dog on a lead!
Glad you like them!...that must have been terrible to witness.
@@atrampinthehills.841 Horrible to see, and it's owner was an idiot 🤬
Hi Steven, take your time. I have no choice going up there😂,, half of dog walkers just don't care or are just plain ignorant same idiots that feel the need to decorate trees. You're getting some miles in lately, keep um coming this series is awesome 👍
Thanks Rob...or should i call you Jesus?...been off work this week hence 5 videos...should be out tomorrow too...cheers mate.
Beautiful, thanks for sharing brother Happy Easter
Same to you
Love this area and the constant variety of terrain. If more of us got out to enjoy such areas the world would be a better place. It is a shame that people just don't know...but not sure if that's it or just a tad bit of entitlement, the feeling that one can do whatever they want, whenever they want to do it. Hope you were able to enjoy a happy Easter weekend.
Thanks Bruce...loving the weekend, hope you are too....should be out again tomorrow, what a lucky bunny i am.....i thought of you as i walked alongside the reservoir as i met a man with 2 lovely Newfoundlands...gentle giants they were...cheers mate.
@@atrampinthehills.841 Indeed, those Newfs are some of the most laid back dogs one could ever meet.
If people don't know then it's good to educate them. Sometimes people really don't know the consequence of things. If they then know and still do the behaviour then they are now holes that begin with an A.
So it looks like in this case, you educated someone and they then did the responsible thing😁
It looks like you had some steep climbs on this one!
And we hear that you're a poet😊
Thanks Age...at times i have to speak out...glad i did on this occasion.
Nah then, ey up me duck.
Lovely area, great to be away from the herd and the madness of modernity. Shame so many paths are disappearing simply through lack of use. Agree totally about the ignorance of people these days, total lack of caring and thought. Hope you n yours are well fella.
Ay a good'un me owd 👍🙂
Ey up me owd Cocker...how the devil are we?..we are well , enjoying the beautiful spring weather...hope life is treating you well.!!
👍👍
Thanks for that mate
Nice one mate. Blustery but beautiful
Can’t believe that you’re nearly a third of the way through the 75 already.
Dogs off leads - in my fav spot where I watch Otters - two people with three dogs - one kept nipping around my ankles. In the end I told him they should be on leads it’s a wildlife Trust site. I got a double two fingered salute and was told “we like breaking the law” 🤷🏻♂️. Called him a tw#t but haven’t been back since - it’s put me right off what’s the point.
Brilliant that those guys took some notice.
Some great views again on this one - such a wonderful country we live in even though there are some imbeciles around
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the dog owner...they don't give a toss...nobody takes notice of rules anymore, they think they are above the law...my trouble is that i can't keep my mouth shut...it's going to get me a punch on the nose oneday...but i have to speak out...oh well...hope you are enjoying your Easter break.
Nice walk in a grand area! Don't worry about the 'private road', it's a restricted byway so ok for walkers. Sticking this walk on the list as I want to check out the de Havilland Beaver crash site at the top of Bramah Edge so may as well make a nice circular out of it! Cheers
Cheers pal...i had heard about a crash site up on Bramah edge...but never got round to looking for it...wish i had...always in a bloody hurry
@@atrampinthehills.841 good excuse to go again 😁
Thanks for sharing.
And thank you for watching John.
Beautiful view from the edge get the feeling the local landowners don’t encourage walkers what with all the fences private roads etc pitty
Cheers mate...yeah the views were stunning, it's what keeps me going !!
Hopefully they didn’t have dogs running alongside them! 😱23 wow, your cracking through these at an alarming rate. Boggy, it’s definitely the Peak District. Oh they did have dogs, thank goodness they put them on the lead. I wonder why the Peak District is so boggy? Shouldnt it be called the Bog District? 🧐 you just never know when life will catch up with you Steven. Still film and edit them but have them sat there for when you want to enjoy a holiday or a break without the hassles of editing. Sadly I’ve got none in the bag so a weekly video is a real stress to me atm. Id prefer to have a few sat in the bag incase one of life’s emergencies comes along. Private to cars or walkers? Scary stuff, id risk it too! Yeah I’ve been caught on a few and if you plead ignorance they usually let you pass through. Well done on getting out of the valley, looks steep in places. Number 24 too! 51 to go. You’ve set off the countryside alarms, that will be the private road alarms I reckon. 30 miles? Crazy kids! Great poem Steven!
Thanks so much....that was quite a read...when it comes to videos, i put them together in an hour so i think oh well i might as well upload it...5 in a week is a bit over the top i know....going out again tomorrow but i might hold onto that one for a few days...the little poem sort of flashed through my mind at the last minute, funny how the brain works...cheers folks...hope you are well and enjoying the long weekend.
No they are as thick as what you said...I am just to much much of a gentleman to say that word...I prefer to call them W*****s👍...Will never get fed up of the vids...you can never get to much of a good thing so be quiet and put another one on tomorrow😂...That was Danny in the sleeping bag trying out his new WX55proto type tent... I was there a couple of weeks back after visiting my son at Mottram, and his wife is a teacher at Tintwistle...Made me laugh when you said they must be fit...Pot Kettle Black mean anything 👍...I need to set that poem to music...only if you allow me copyright🤣...Brill vid...Cheers Les.🙂👍
Ha ha...Danny in the sleeping bag...has he been kicked out?...Ok...i shall do another tomorrow to finish my week off work in style.
@@atrampinthehills.841 👍...Sorry about the extended comment...I pressed comment before I had finished typing...Good stuff this Aldi Lager😂
@@lespickering5080 Ha ha....Aldi lager...boring old Stella for me...last one though then i can start on the strong Cider [ Henry Westons ]
