    Hello, I’m 17 years old and I have been obese since I started highschool. I would like to thank these programs for helping me take a healthier lifestyle. I started 5 months ago and I can say that the results are evident. My BMI is now normal. Thank you sooooo much!❤️❤️❤️

    I have been doing the 1-Mile Walk daily for two years. It used to be I wouldn't go a day without it. Now, it's I can't go a day without it! I have lost 30 pounds in two years and hope to lose 50 more. It's been a life-saver.

    Hi Leslie,
    This workout is like a miracle to me. I am suffering from sciatica from 10 months, and not able to workout. I am recovering by ayurvedic medicine. I have gained lot of weight coz i cannot bend and cannot do workouts.
    But this walk did everything for me. I just have to walk and i can loose fat. I am so happy .thanks for making my day. I am so grateful to you. Lot of good wishes to you.!!

    Leslie I have lost 25 lbs since March when the Covid Virus began! I am so happy I found you! Even with my bad knee replacement I am able to do your walking exercises!       Salma, it varies on how much time I have. Sometimes a 15 minute one is enough, other times I may do a longer one.
      I do also jog and go for walks when I can.
      Dina, I've now lost 28lb. It has taken me since the end of May. I'm nearly where I want to be. X

    Thank you for this. I can do it twice a day or even just do it once for a half an hour. I've been walking outdoors all spring, summer, and early fall but now it's starting to get cold & windy so walking is not fun anymore. Winter will get icy and at my age (mid sixties) I have to watch falling. I lost more weight this year, some of the weight I gained during the winter, as usual. I went beyond that which is usually hard to do for me since I am not overweight. But I had to watch my eating and try to avoid sweets (just a small amount of sweets.) The foods I eat are basically the same (a mixture of healthy and not so healthy) but less. I eat slow and am satisfied with less. I find that the combo of walking and lowering calories is what does it. Without lowering calories I lose little weight. I was being more disciplined and determined this year.

    I know these tapes are old but i love them my nana used to do them with me when i was a little kid and i stayed in shape but i stopped for a while when i moved so glad they have them on here. Its crazy these tapes helped my nana stay healthy and she jogs faster than me at 66

    I used to do your 3-mile walk and it helped me lose so much back in 2018. But I gained again today because I did not do the walk regularly, so I am doing the 3mile walk again to be able to lose that stubborn excess weight

    Hello my name is Bobbi and I really enjoy walking with Leslie, and I have followed her for along time and I have had set backs with my health,and now I'm doing the walking workouts again and I'm limited when it comes to exercise, but the walk at home workouts is something that I can do and I love doing them and I lost 120lbs.before and I will again and my dream is to meet Leslie one day and to Thank her in person for being inspiration and for being a kind and caring person, and again Thank you!❤

    Hi Leslie.. it's nice to walk with you along with the background music. I wanted to lose weight to stay healthy. I'm 63 kg. After 1 month of 1 mile walk with you, I didn't find to lose any weight. 😭I don't take much fatty food. I want more suggestions to lose weight. How many times a day should I go 1 mile walk? Or what's the best time to perform the walk?

      Yes please, many people want to know...all the rule and procedure because I also lose weight in beginning but after some time nothing works in spite doing regularlyl workouts and balanced diet,body is not responding.if I take rest ,body weight increases........what to do now ,if someone explain that will be helpful, thank you.

    I started walking consistently with Leslie since June 2020. It's now September 2020. I feel healthier and lighter! It's fun waking with her! I'm not a gym person so this works perfectly for me.
