  • In this 15 minutes we work on the stiffness in the muscles that occurs during the whole day.
    You can do a warm-up before the exercises, but it is not necessary. The main goal of this workout is to relax and remove stiffness with stretching, so don't require the body to do active sports stretching, just have fun
