I think the most shocking take in this video is that you don't care for CC or BV - especially CC. Definitely recommend you take a deeper dive into this one, it is one of if not their strongest album
I remember back when “what separates me from you” came out in my freshman year of high school people thought it was the worst thing ADTR had ever created. Now 13 years later and they’re still rocking and they put out another album that would receive even more hate.
WSMFY was mostly praised when it came out, what are you talking about? You're Welcome and to a lesser extent Bad Vibrations are their only albums to be generally disliked upon release.

The album grew on me tbh as a fan since their first EP.
It’s not the worst thing I’ve heard, definitely something they can bounce back from. But it was a jarring misstep.
