  • In this video I finally get the bearing and fit the front gearbox input shaft and seal assembly on the Massey Ferguson 135.
Hello Im Lance (aka Bundy Bear) and doing these videos is my hobby. I do own Queensland Tractor Spares in Australia where I sell parts and offer technical advise to customers.
Parts seen in our videos can be purchased from www.queenslandtractorspares.co...
We have a lot more than we can offer on our web site available to us and in our store. If you dont see what you would like please email info@queenslandtractorspares.com.au and we will help where we can.
I do try and help with technical advise at bundybearsshed@gmail.com if you have a question or are having trouble with your project.

so, the input shaft should not have any slack in it? I rebuilt my engine thanks to these videos, having a heck of a time getting it stabbed back together and noticed the smaller piece of the input shaft has some slop in it, which makes sense as to why its not aligning.

Bundy no offense, just noticed that my bearings were the same as yours at diassembly... and you have mounted the open side the other way around. Let me quote MF-42 from 1988 for MF230-250 (same tech as MF35) shop manual page51: "When renewing bearings, note that "open" side of bearings must face away from gear teeth... I love your videos by the way.
