    Hello Im Lance (aka Bundy Bear) and doing these videos is my hobby. I do own Queensland Tractor Spares in Australia where I sell parts and offer technical advise to customers.
    Parts seen in our videos can be purchased from www.queenslandtractorspares.co...
    We have a lot more than we can offer on our web site available to us and in our store. If you dont see what you would like please email info@queenslandtractorspares.com.au and we will help where we can.
    I do try and help with technical advise at bundybearsshed@gmail.com if you have a question or are having trouble with your project.

    Love the videos. I have to replace the input shaft seals on a TO35 dual clutch with the Continental Z134 engine. Does the lay shaft get pulled from the front or do I have to split my gearbox. Please tell me it comes from the front.

      On the MF35 it is from the back but we dont have the TO35 here so I cant really offer good advice.

    Lance very helpful video and congratulations on your TH-cam success. If am changing both gaskets on the bearing do I have to worry about the lay shaft shifting back since the back of my transmission has not been detached? Thanks

    Very nice video .
    II have a 35X 6 speed equiped with a loader but with a single clutch.
    Is it possible to replace the single clutch with a dual clutch when a replace the gearbox also?
    Thanks

      Yes but you would need to replace the flywheel, clutch and gearbox to do it.

    Hello Lance just wanted to say without your videos I would have never taken on rebuilding my three-cylinder Perkins.
    I have a MF 20 industrial. Since I have the tractor split I wanted to replace seal at front of transmission.
    Is that possible from the front without opening transmission.

    Hi great video,if I just needed to do input shaft seal,would I have any need to remove bottom plate with 4 bolts?135 1968 diesel it just leaking hydraulic from there.

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you do to get the frond top support out and you will possibly need to drop the rear of the box off as well.

      I will have a video on that when I get to restore one, the early ones the lower shaft came out forward but the later ones were just the same as the 135.

    What size bolt can I thread into the shaft to pull it through the bearing without taking the gear box out

    • @BundyBearsShed
      @BundyBearsShed  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      On these you cant, on the very early grey and gold 6 speed you could though. Im not sure of the thread size now as I dont have one in pieces.

      I have a 66-67 150 with the multi power and it slides back and forth but can’t seem to get the shaft to slide through, it is threaded inside the shaft hoping I could make a slide hammer instead of splitting it

    I went into my 1973 MF 135 perkins gas, non multipower to change the dual clutch as the PTO was slipping. I found lots of oil. I figured out how to replace all the seals going forward into the engine and I have watched most if not all of your videos trying to find out how to get this main drive shaft out that the throwout bearing rides on. In one of your videos you mentioned to drop a gear in the lay shaft in order to pull out the main shaft. In that video you said it can be done without taking the tractor apart any further but I've looked all over the internet and can't find the info on how to do it. I am going to be pulling the PTO shaft out of the back as I have a leak back there also. While that rear PTO is out will this allow me to push back the lay shaft and drop that gear to get the main shaft out? Or do I need to split the tractor further? Will I need to access this area thru the top under the gear shift? Any pointers or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the videos on the clutch as I jumped all over that after watching your videos and it made it so simple to get it completed.

      @BundyBearsShed  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Only on some of the early 6 speeds can you get it out without doing the second split, usually you need to do both unless it has had a modified bearing carrier fitted.

      @chapinburgess3220 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BundyBearsShed Thank you. Guess I'm taking it apart some more. Is there a gasket between these two pieces for the second split as you said? I can't seem to find it in the parts manual.
