Hey Shera I’ve been watching you since 18. I’m 23 now. I have a long way to go but I have improved SO MUCH. It does take time and we have to do a lot of unlearning , learning and relearning . Leveling up isn’t linear. I have taken 2 steps up then then 10 steps back . It’s normal, it’s human ,it’s woman and I’m thankful. I learned that I won’t do anything I CANT maintain or will do everyday this is how I stay on track
The guilt thing is real! I suffered with guilt for a long time. I started observing the behaviors of the people around me. And I noticed they dont care theyy are going to do what makkes them happy. Not that its a bad thing what makes them happy. I just took that an ran with it. Do what makes you Happy guys!

I’ve been on a leveling up journey for the past 2 years, and I’m continuing to improve. I love this topic because ladies who are leveling up need to understand that this is something that doesn’t happen overnight, and there are going to be unpleasant changes that happen, like losing friends/family and getting less attention from men. I watch and support both Anna Bey and Shera because their content have been very helpful with my leveling up journey. Both of them helped me get back into my feminine energy. It’s working. I see a major difference in how I’m treated at work and in life, and I’m aging backwards because I’m becoming more relaxed because of the feminine energy. I looked at a picture of me 5 years ago, and I compared it to now (my profile pic is very recent), and I look 10 years younger. I was at a party yesterday, and one of my colleagues commented on how young I look. She said that I looked like I’m 30 years old (I’m 50), and she wanted to know my secret.
The bottom line is the leveling up process takes time, and you have to keep at it and never stop.

Sheraaaa!!! I’ve been listening to your videos for only 2 days now and feel like my mind has changed on its own without much effort from me. It’s still the point that this morning I was like “what is Shera putting on those videos that changed me in 2 days?! A spell!” 😂 you really are putting us women back in our natural state of being and THATS why I changed in 2 days. This is who I have always been.
Also I wanted to mention something, I think black women are naturally more masculine bc we took care of our communities the most. The human body is adaptative so I believe that our bodies started to produce more testosterone since we had to step in a masculine role. Did you know that high estrogen and testosterone levels can lead to fibroids and black women have the most fibroids? There’s also vitamin D but this explains a lot. Ladies, especially black women get out the masculine state. That is not who we are.

Shera when I was on social media I’ve come across a few black women that tbh, came off a lil misogynistic and pick me ish, that claimed that us woman thinking that not tolerating the minimum and wanting a man that has the qualities of the type of guy you say we should vet for are not standards. Theyre considered preferences. And they even went as far to saying even then us feeling like this is what we feel entitled to or want for our selves it’s completely unrealistic.
Tune them out! I’ve tuned them out so much I stopped believing anything that does not benefit me! Always come back to Shera to remember the real feminine you!
