I am weightlifting for about 10 hours every week but looking at ways to protect my joints from wear and tear so I can walk when I am 80. This was a good video and I’ll incorporate some of it in my stretch routine.

Is it advisable for an eighty year old (male) to do these exercises? They look pretty light though. The 80yo has coronary issues, is diabetic and has some other allied concerns but is reasonably active.
