I am doing it from past 25 days .my knee pain due to OA is reduced.. now I'm walking more and better way in forward direction also..ita also reducing fat in my lower stomach.thigh and hips.

One main stretch I experienced abdo muscle stretching, which it means, fit tummy...strong calves, glutes,, less pressure on knees, just love it on treadmill as well...
Sir aap ne sahi kaha ki ghar mai kare meri bhabhi garden mai karte vact piche chota patthar aane se gir gai jo life time ke liye na thik hone wali injury ho gai & wo kabi ab bend nahi ho payegi so tq etna saf saf details mai batane ke liye
