I was able to sign out of the user account I logged into while in safe mode and see the user "Administrator" which allowed me to login to with no password required.
I went to sign out and it showed an administrator option sign In that I clicked on with no password it logged me in which nothing would work I had to open task manager>click file>open new task>type CMD> go to command prompt and enter the second command (net user administrator username /add

If you have error 5, instead of going to user safe mode, go in admin built in safe mode. Do the same cmd commands, restart pc. Then you will end up on a new "administrator" profile. Change user and now you have admin rights back.

Just need to get the admin rights back in place and I'll prolly wipe my PC, run the scans again and then log back in. i logged into a windows 10 pc from another windows 10 pc using the only admin account on the pc i was logging into. after that the admin account seemed to be demoted to standard. and because i had no other admin i couldnt do anything requiring admin. your video does not help. cannot find any builtin admin in safe mode. there is nothing i can do. have to reinstall windows.
@@rejithregi2588 So I managed to bumble myself to a solution, and I'm not even sure how I did it. All I know is that I had to get into safe mode, then give my profile administrator rights via Control Panel -> User Accounts.
I received the system error 5, access denied. However, while in safe mode I saw that I could click to logon as administrator…there in safe mode as administrator (requiring no logon) I was able to add my user to the administrator group…thank you 😊

So my best bet is to reset or go in boot mode to reset your pc or if it says sum went wrong do a fresh windows install with flash drive

And go to profiles and if there isn’t no one
Try doing it again
Oh and also it’s probably because you have an administrator account on your Lock Screen and it’s a restricted account
