Avocado is a versatile ingredient. I've been adding it to my vinegar and oil salad dressing; it 'melts' down in the presence of the vinegar to make a rich, thick, creamy salad topping. Switch out the vinegar with lemon or lime juice for 'zing,' add cayenne to ramp things up a bit. Plus it's plain old fun to experiment with differing flavor additions.

If you don’t want to use almond milk, coconut milk (mixed with water, if you want) is also delicious with berries. Cream (with water) would also be an option. Keep an eye on the carbs with other dairy products, like yoghurt.
And yes, you can use other zero calories sweeteners, like stevia. Of course you can.
There, that should answer about 1/3 of the comments on this video. You’re welcome.

    LOVE THIS!
I'm not an avocado lover. But I know it's crazy-rich in so many nutrients so I've been looking for a recipe that masks the taste. I can still taste it a little, but it's fine with the blueberries. I broke it down to 1/3 of the original recipe. 1/2 small avocado, 1 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tsp erythritol, plus 1/2 vanilla extract helped to.

Just plugged this into carb manager. Assuming this recipe is 2 servings, you’re looking at 35 net carbs for 1 serving. I try to stay under 20 carbs per day, so this would not fit my macros. HOWEVER, I did make this recipe with 1/4 cup (for one serving) fresh blueberries and it still came out delicious.

I have a Smoothie recipe too:
Lemon powder, Noni powder, Goji powder, Buckthorn powder, Papaya powder, Acai powder, Red Beet powder, Kelp powder, Spinach powder, Moringa powder, Garlic powder, Cayenne Pepper powder, Tumeric Powder, Black Pepper powder, Cinnamon powder, Ginger powder, Cilantro powder, Parsley powder, whole Buttermilk powder, and a scoop of Vegetable Protein Powder (complete blend for all amino acids).
    Those are the powders.
TIP: You might take some time upfront each week to take all the powder ingredients you will need, and put them in small single container, which you can then just quickly dump (the whole container) into your blender each time you make a smoothie. Prepare as many of these containers, all at once, as you have time for because it saves you time in the long run.
Then I add: 1 frozen peeled banana (or scoop of Plantain powder), unfiltered apple juice, orange juice (with pulp), unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, filtered water, raw Honey, some ice cubes.
Makes a good 2 x 24 ounce servings - enough for 2 people, or save 1 serving for later that day or next day. Mildly sweet taste. Mildly peppery taste. Mildly tart taste. Pleasant over all taste.

I add Vega One All In One pea protein powder. 100% Vegan, (I'm not vegan) All natural organic ingredients, sweetened with stevia, and loaded with nutrition and probiotics. Comes in several flavors. I like the french vanilla. 1 scoop = 10g carbs, 6g fibre, so only net 4g carbs, all from natural foods.

2 servings and 42.5g I believe. 3 cups of blueberries for 39g net carb, plus 2 net carbs for an avacadoe and then 1.5g for Almond milk. Just remember you are allowed up to 50g net carbs so let that be your only sources of carbs for that day and nothing else, then you should be okay.
