      these all look delicious. I have sent for the e-mail recipes. I use a "low-carb" diet to control inflammation and pain in my arthritic knees. So I'm trying for ketosis though, but I'm sure these will help when I get a sweet craving. Even at 100 carbs a day I've lost about 25 pounds over the last couple of years without really trying. I think that's pretty good for a 70 year old woman.

    I'm not on Keto, but this is good to know. I've been doing berries (different ones each time), avocados, unsweetened almond milk, and kale. I don't really add any powders, just some peanut butter scoops into my glass. Keeps me full for 5-6 hours, great for two meal intermittent fasting

      Things I miss the most are fries, mangos, and watermelon. Fruits of course can’t be replicated and have yet to see a recipe anywhere even close to regular fries. Oh well, small price to pay for losing so much weight and gaining my health.

    I was really skeptical of the spice combo in that golden smoothie but it was the only one I could make with the ingredients I had. I wanted to make a smoothie with my wheatgrass powder which is so gross. I modified it a little but it was amazing. I did coconut cream from a can, ice cubes, wheatgrass powder, collagen powder, and the rest was your ingredients. It tastes so good. Almost like a chai spice smoothie. I'm a fan! 👍

    I’m not on keto but I will actually be making all of these smoothies, bc I swear EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER on TH-cam or Pinterest puts bananas in the smoothies and I HATE bananas so much. But also I love that these will work as a meal replacement. Thank you for the recipes.

      Shaneska Melendez avocados have the same effect in smoothies. avocados give you the same creamy effect as bananas

      Yuri From DDLC use your judgement. If you make a shake and think it needs more fruit/sweetness _add_ more fruit. If you find it too sloppy, add more oats etc. Geeze 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    Celery, Cucumber and Matcha, tried and tested! 10/10. Fortunately I live in Japan, so I have plenty of matcha. I had to switch out the cashew milk for coconut milk however. I don’t think it’s sold here. I also added a pinch of pumpkin spice to it.

    Thanks for this! Not on keto but have been looking for low carb smoothies forever. People don’t realize how much sugar is in regular smoothies. Fructose is still sugar.

    I’ve tried ricotta cheese in my smoothies and it tastes like cream cheese... kinda, it makes them very creamy... but it’s more protein I believe

    Matcha powder is finely ground green tea leaves, you can make it at home from a good brand green tea leaves, just make sure you grind it properly. No rocket science there.

    My stubborn belly fat is so stubborn that I tried the keto diet, saw some results but felt terrible. The Agoge diet on the other hand I saw the same results but felt great.

      I prefer them same day, but you could try prep bags where you put the fresh/dry ingredients in a plastic bag or jar and then add liquid at time of blending :)

    How long would you be able to store these in the fridge? If I was to make large quantitys to grab on the go how long beofre they went bad?

      I personally think smoothies are better closer to when they're made, or day of. Sometimes I'll make freezer bags where I'll put the ingredients together in advance so they're ready to blend when I need!

      I usually prefer smoothies when I make them or same day, but you could make them and shake them up again before drinking.

      Most of the time yes it is but if u want to make sure, then check the nutrition facts to see how much carbohydrates in it

    I haven't done Whole30 yet, but I've been taking some inspiration from Whole30 recipes to get more veggies in. Any chance you could do a Whole30 soup episode? My husband tends to tolerate veggies better in soup and I've been trying to get more veggies in his diet as well. I love your videos! Thank you!
