Good recipe! I used a KitchenAid stand mixer to knead the butter into the dough. 2 minutes at speed 4 for each knead, scrape in between. Total 4 kneading (8 minutes). Smooth dough without messy hands.

Im proofing the dough as we speak. One thing i wil say is that adding the butter by hand is not as easy as he made it seem. I ended up using my old friend hobart with a dough hook. I made sure i wasent overworking the dough, cant wait to see the results.

Just use a online converter. Or just use a scale. Grams are much more precise than teaspoons and cups, just get a scale that has grams and your set

You didnt create enough pressure downwards you really have to pull the outer layer of the doughball downwards
