I have the EXACT same setup, both table & router, & was hoping you would show exactly which holes to ise for mounting, as the instructions domt cover these specifics, i guess because there are too many different routers to go over, i saw you used the "B" holes on the plate, according to the diagram, but which holes on the router itself? Thanks.
Oh, & it's different holes than the ones I took the "sub-base" out from? & Only 3 screws compared to the 4 that held the "sub-base"? Again, if you get to this, thanks.

I have this exact set up. Just wish I could get a couple more motors. So I don't have to switch the one from base to base.

how did you make the screw adjustment working with 1617? that little c shaped lock ring pops out everytime when I try to lift the router up.
Its called an E clip. You'll have to replace it if it pops off. Once the E clip gets bent, its useless. $1.35 for 2 clips at Home Depot. What I don't like about th table is the adjusting screws that raises and lowers the plate but if you're not careful and tighten the plate or if your adjustment is a hair off, the adjusting screws will vibrate loose
How hard is it to change the collets and bits? Can you lift the router from the top of the table?
It’s a bit awkward when it’s attached to the table. When the router is not attached it’s fine. Yes, you can lift the router from the table.
Great review. Do you know if it is compatible out of the box with a dewalt dw617 router?
Thanks! I do not know for sure, but Bosch says most "popular" routers. They may have compatibility listed on their site.

@@DaverMade The compatibility list is included in the PDF operator manual. As far as I can tell, all listed routers allow height adjustment from the (non-standard) router plate. Since Wood River's recent large price increase, this is the only affordable fully enclosed router table available.
The manual lists the DeWalt 616 & 618 as the only compatible DeWalt routers. That doesn’t mean you might not get lucky! Heck all it takes is a drill bit to make it fit! Just be sure it’s centered before marking the holes!

I have a router table.that is cast aluminum. It sucks .it's so noisy I hate it .the laminate bosch is way better
The door finger hole will snap your finger in an instant! Buyer beware! Good product other than that!
