this is a French comedy from the 1960's, your are so dumb. To me or someone else of my own intellect, it is quite easy to see that this film is not a Japanese Role-Playing Game (J.R .P .G.), but rather a satirical criticism of metropolises and the robotic monotony of the office paradigm of the 20th century. I can not believe that there are people like you, you probably do not even understand "Rick and Morty"

"Fun" fact: despite being an absolute artistic masterpiece this film ruined the director's career due to the sheer cost; he took out several loans and spent nearly 16 million francs building every single set in the entire film (and I mean _every_ set, including the _streets;_ there was no on-location filming at any point in the film). It performed badly at the box office on release and he was unable to pay back the loans, and lost _everything_ - his production company, the rights to his movies, and his own home.

That's the beauty of Dunkey's videos. A lot of people here think he's just 24/7 "gamer" all day. They got confused when he would like the vile, evil "Last of Us 2", when it was actually a very ambitious and special game. Because he liked the story, while a lot of people were too angry to take it as what it was. Dunkey is a pretty smart guy, who likes a lot of different things. I think that's what makes life worth living. When you have multiple passions in the arts. Not just one medium or one style.

I think it's because he's really passionate that these videos come out as enticing and beautiful. However if he just kept doing these videos all the time they would feel less so to the viewer and less so to Dunk himself. Its the age old dilemma of the age we live in where when we find something we like we desire more of it to the point of excess until that thing you enjoyed now dulls one's pallette thus moving on to the next inevitable alleviator of boredom.

I've heard many people use the cliched "it's a stark prophecy for where society is heading" in critiques, but it's not supposed to be bleak or dystopian in the slightest. It is meant to convey hectic confusion over changing technological advances, but Jacques Tati is more fascinated and enamored by it than worried. It's called "Playtime" for a reason

2nd Comment: I'm so happy I watched this, somehow as a film student a professor has never recommended this film. Holy shit this is a really good movie, the fact that it can take a modernized society that almost feels dystopian and then end on such a positive note is amazing. I love how despite all of the chaos of the system falling apart, the machinations of man ending in ruin, it so easily could've ended with some cataclysm to throw itself on the pyre of trite Luddite cautionary tales, but instead, morning comes and mankind lives on, we live another day, streetlamps reach towards the sky like flowers about to bloom. We realize that the human race is destined to grow, trip over their own pretense of mastery, fall flat on their face, only to wake up the next morning and try again. It'sa.. It'sa.... It'sa Mastahpiece (chef's kiss.)
