Thank you so much for making this video. I have been doing it everyday and already feel better. Main reason I have stuck to it is not only is it a good work out but you don't talk in the "yoga voice". You talk like you are speaking to adults.
Ive taken yoga for years but quite the gym because of covid. I was looking for an easy class to restart my practice. I was very pleasantly surprised you showed how to activate our Chi. I've never seen this taught before. Thank you!
Hi Toney! Thanks for the comment. Regarding your question- only you and your doctor would be able to answer that. In my experience, if you're not sustaining any injuries or have any diseases that prevent you from exercise in general - practicing 1-2 times a day could be very beneficial for you! But like I said, check-in with yourself to see how you feel and also check with your physician!
Thank you for this video Tracie! My trainer recommended I try new, less strenuous exercises in addition to taking Unflame Herbal supplement. It has ben two weeks with the supplement and it has helped me tremendously. I am hoping with the addition of these stretches every morning, I will regain full mobility!
Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the late reply. There is no alternative posture that achieves the same results. If you are able to lie down - consider using a foam roller on the glutes.
