    I like the practise, but in these short 20 minutes, there were 7 (!) commercials! And as the sound of your video is soft, these commercials come in very loud! Very annoying. Hope you can do something about it. 🙏💕

    Thank you for this video. I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 48 years and I am always trying to learn new things for my students. I used your chair yoga videos to enhance my chair yoga classes and my students really responded. I make sure to credit you! Have you thought about offering yoga and acupressure as a course? I would love to learn more. Again, thank you for these informative videos. I missed you when you were not online for awhile and am so happy that you have found the time to record again.
