A wonderful rotation routine: comprehensive, intense, well developed, ending with a sense of fullness, release, and calm. This routine alone served as my morning stretch, a super warm up before exercising, and moved me closer to searching for my body's center--that internal invitation that Chair Yoga imparts in me. Hi Cara! I just found you and looks like you haven't done any videos the last couple of years. I was a COTA for 27 years until I had a series of strokes in which I was not able to return to work. Now I am working on myself, getting more coordination and balance. I thought your instruction was different and that you must work in PT and then found out you work in OT. I do hope you chose to come back and make more videos.
I LOVE your chair yoga practices! My latest addition to my daily classes. I wish you had one hour practices as well!! Your video production is spot on and your soothing voice wonderful ❤️👌🙏

Hello! In this particular sequence, the idea is to dive forward and round the upper back so that you get a stretch in between the shoulder blades. Of course always listen to what your body wishes to do and feel free to try different movements. Thanks for watching!!
This was so inaccessible for me. Too many repetitions of the same muscles and now I have horrible cramping in my shoulders and fronts of my legs. I was really hoping to find something to ease back into my active lifestyle as my broken foot is healing but this hurt my foot because I kept needing it for balance after I had to take my walking cast off to do the ankle exercises and the muscle cramps on top of the frustration (and arthritis pain in my hands to take on and off the boot extra times). Just no. I guess back to lazing around until my foot is healed 😫
Im been doing your routines since 2018. Love your new ones. Your classes are my favorites and I’ve done tons of UTube classes. I am 65 and disabled. Thank you so much.
