Try and add it into your daily routine, it’s not just for mornings it’s perfect for work breaks, to relax after a hard day, even works as a cool down after exercise.     im so glad that i've found this channel! now i am trying to bring workouts to my routine (have failed to do this many times already but still trying) and workouts and stretches that are presented here suit me so well. everything is calm, not too hard not too easy and it feels so refreshing to complete it, even if it's a workout for beginners. thank you so much for your work
    upd: been doing this stretch for couple of days before bed. very good way to slow down after a stressful day, thank you!

    This is so good! It’s short and easy to follow. I’ve combined this with your 10 minute morning exercise as my cool down exercise and I feel better now in the mornings. Great for beginners and for those who don’t have a lot of time to exercise. Keep up the good work! More power to you and your channel! 👍👍👍💕💕💕

    Amazing! I so look forward to your videos and during winter times, when it is still dark outside in the morning, I switch on my fairy lights and do your exercises. Music, ambience totally motivates me. Thank you for your supportive content 🧘🏻‍♀️

    I still use this video almost DAILY. I love the flow of stretches in sequence and paired with the music really makes it an almost meditative stretch to do first thing in the morning. It's been almost a year now and I'm still loving it! ❤ Your videos are awesome!

    Hello Monica. ..you're my best friend for last 2 months 😊,I suffered from fibromyalgia for almost 2 years and I couldn't find any sulotion, i couldn't move ,stayed at bed and abuse drugs. And one day I wanting to stretch my body, and I found this video and wow two months later I'm ready to conquer world..thanks a lote ...I send you much love and peace every morning ,but I thought it nice to say that out loud..THANKS ❤

    This was amazing just what I needed this morning after having such a stressful morning with my oldest son who
