@@YotuberFaizayes,there is a difference! For me, day 1 was quite hard bcuz I don't do these work outs. Day 2, pretty easy! Still the same but I got used to the work out. Day 3, there's a lil change but not there yet! And day four there was a change! I'm still working on my body tho

This will improve your arm strength a lot! 💪 😅 I'm guessing because it hurts I've only done 50 of these ever so I'm not a professional but if it hurts then it is probably working 😂😅

Ok I did 108 for the third one! A little easier than the first 50, I was still Soo tiered I closed my eyes😂 and I had to keep looking at the door in my bedroom in case my mum or sister came in, I don't want my mum to think I'm going to have an eating disorder, I am going to eat healthy foods and have a desert every month or so! My little sister because she does have an eating disorder and exercises like crazy and doesn't want me to, and she's usually super angry and hates complements but yesterday she was super happy trying on our mums old dresses and clothes, she usually hates dresses but she loved like 4 of them, my mum had good taste when she was younger, still now but all she wears is shirts sometimes skirts and pants, she's got a big belly somehow, she does a lot of exercise at her work, doesn't even get a break, her boss is a bit old and getting a little crazy and likes money and she loves the people there and even the boss, well doesn't hate him, he's nice to the people there just not helpful and thinks he's like this master trainer who trains new people to become efficient! 😅 I worked there for a few days to help my mum but he said he chained me to the sink so I couldn't ask my mum a question 😅 everyone thinks his training is a bit too much wait I got distracted:( I should do the fourth... I knew I was telling a longer story than I needed to, my family does that, on my mum's side a quick story becomes really long 😂
Please be careful doing any exercises of any kind as you could have hidden underlying back conditions and possible osteoporosis that could worsen with certain exercises always consult your physician
