I've had some amazing things occurr in my life as a result of a daily meditation twice a day for 30 minutes each. After about 3 months of practice my consciousness remained in a meditative state 24/7. That's when miracles occurred without any effort on my part. It reminded me of Christ's words, "Ask and it shall be given." I didn't even ask. Many of was as if my desires began to manifest in reality with no effort on my part. Wish I could get there again but I can't find the discipline to dedicate myself to practice. I know it works and over time the sky is the limit.

- look inwardly to the center of forehead - avoid light 1 hour before sleep - eye exercise (cataracts: look close object then far object 30-50 times) 2nd exercise: roll eyes from left to right shoulder and vice versa - look at the tipos nose and then at center of eyebrows.
My eyes got so fatigued after just starting the exercises. Makes me realise how much I need to do them. It did lessen my head ache though. Thank you for your loving advice mother.
Some eye exercises fatigue my eyes too. But Today I did the ones she described and no issues. I think you have to find that best exercise and pace for you. I look forward to doing the eye exercises more now that I am doing them her way.

I've had many amazing experiences with meditation. I've seen my spiritual colors. And have astro traveled and remote view. Since my forehead was touched by an higher being. My third eye has opened fully besides the headaches. It's been an amazing journey.
Pineal gland is light sensitive... so interesting. Often when I meditate, rest or lay down with a headache, I have the instinct to cover this part of my face with a pillow, my arm or even a tshirt or scarf.
Oh, I should have mentioned that before issues arose as soon as I closed my eyes I would immediately find my consciousness drop into my solar plexus where I sat in a warm, bright light growing and pulsing. I could remain there for an hour. It was so euphoric I could have remained forever!

When you rotate your eyes be sure that your head is not moving..12 times from left to right..and 12 from right to left..this excercise helps the ajna chakra
I remember one day I was so relaxed closed my eyes and whilst my eyes was closed I saw my third eye it was so beautiful the colour of a sun set I then saw many colours I then panicked didn’t know what was happening and opened my eyes . It was a beautiful experience ❤️❤️

Once that occurs, it is likely that you can do this again and continue to improve upon it by using the methods she is talking about here. I think sun gazing during sunrise and sunset really helped me when I began the process. I can see the 3rd eye (it's usually mostly violet light for me) any time I close my eyes, and I can even see it with my eyes open in low lighting. I think anyone can get to this point if they desire it and focus on it with spiritual/loving intent.

The spiritual must be balanced with the physical. How often New Age philosophers get lost in spiritual fantasies and neglect physical practicalities.

Do not over meditate without proper Guru(teacher) guidance. It is part of Kundalini yoga(as described in Indian religious texts) and it's very powerful practice. It's uncontrolled awakening is very powerful to withstand. There are multiple videos on TH-cam but pls don't start without proper guidance.

You have 5 senses +1. Vision , hearing , touch , taste , smell. in the psychological or spiritual realm all 5 are good. The +1 is thought , another sense, thoughts produce sensations, good and bad. I have had pressure just where the third eye is on my forehead for many years, I felt so blessed and meditated to increase that feeling. Actually it has changed my views and provided calmness in my life. A few months ago, I found out I have a pineal tumor. LOL I have no idea how to handle this. The pressure may not be a blessing, but I am living a happy and calm life.

I've had some amazing things occurr in my life as a result of a daily meditation twice a day for 30 minutes each. After about 3 months of practice my consciousness remained in a meditative state 24/7. That's when miracles occurred without any effort on my part. It reminded me of Christ's words, "Ask and it shall be given." I didn't even ask. Many of was as if my desires began to manifest in reality with no effort on my part. Wish I could get there again but I can't find the discipline to dedicate myself to practice. I know it works and over time the sky is the limit.

Pineal gland is light sensitive... so interesting. Often when I meditate, rest or lay down with a headache, I have the instinct to cover this part of my face with a pillow, my arm or even a tshirt or scarf.
I look around my brain with it when my brain is thinking too busy. It's amazing!
Oh, I should have mentioned that before issues arose as soon as I closed my eyes I would immediately find my consciousness drop into my solar plexus where I sat in a warm, bright light growing and pulsing. I could remain there for an hour. It was so euphoric I could have remained forever!

Happened to me once, i saw colorful lights and i felt like i was floating . I panicked lol.
Ss...work on your sadhana... improve on it...what meditation are u doing.
Once that occurs, it is likely that you can do this again and continue to improve upon it by using the methods she is talking about here. I think sun gazing during sunrise and sunset really helped me when I began the process. I can see the 3rd eye (it's usually mostly violet light for me) any time I close my eyes, and I can even see it with my eyes open in low lighting. I think anyone can get to this point if they desire it and focus on it with spiritual/loving intent.

Do not over meditate without proper Guru(teacher) guidance. It is part of Kundalini yoga(as described in Indian religious texts) and it's very powerful practice. It's uncontrolled awakening is very powerful to withstand. There are multiple videos on TH-cam but pls don't start without proper guidance.
The way u explain and telling exercises for making ourself better is very good mam. And also explaining the scientific function behind our ancient practices are very good
