This was awesome, I have loved that feeling and I'm sure I'll do this workout again tomorrow morning because I wanna feel it again! ♥ Kyra, you are goddess of walking (and dancing) workouts! Without you, I'm sure I would never enjoy working out this much. You make me feel unstoppable. Specially with workout like this one! Guess I'm trying this video with confident booster dance workout and good 4 u - sounds like a combo from heaven to me (or hell, not sure how my body will react, lol!). Thank you! ♥
Yes, please more boxing workouts! Boxing HIIT is one of my favorites too! Whenever I feel too tired to go on in the middle, I remind myself that I never know when I might need to kick someone's butt and I keep going haha

love the boxing workouts!!! did break a good sweat 🔥 the walking in between got a bit repetitive tho, maybe put in some other hiit moves instead?
Actually, it’s not a hiit workout, it’s a walking workout with boxing elements :) I could shorten the walking parts though!

It’s how proper workouts are. The only times it won’t be the same thing repeated is if it says “no repeats” ☺️
