Toners aren’t necessary today with ph balanced gentle cleansers, they used to even out skin ph

Oily skin is usually the result of dry skin :) That’s why there’s a lot of oil!

Can we use pm moisturizer in morning or day time
The green bottle of CeraVe did not work for me at all. My skin was dry for 20 minutes & it got right back oily.

I thought they said to press the PM lotion in and not rub...as that causes skin to look saggy.
