이 레시피 따라서 처음으로 빵 만들어봤어요!! 발효할 때는 전자레인지에 물 가득 채운 컵 넣고 1분 돌린 후에 그 컵 넣은 채로 반죽 같이 넣고 문 닫아두니까(전자레인지 작동×) 발효도 그럭저럭 잘 된 거 같고 구울 때는 에어프라이어 160도로 20분 예열한 다음, 160도로 10분 구운 뒤 위치 바꿔가며 10분 더 구웠어요! 빵은 되게 부드럽고 딱 모닝빵 맛이에요! 브러쉬가 없어서 굽기 직전 우유 바를 때 숟가락으로 대충 끼얹었더니 우유향이 좀 많이 나네요ㅠㅠ 꼭 브러쉬로 바르세요!
오븐이 고장나서 에어프라이어 쓰는데 이 레시피는 양이 딱 맞아요. 의외로 양도 많아 빵 좋아하는 3인가족 푸짐하게 먹습니다. 10분 정도 굽고 뒤집어주면 더 좋았어요. 반죽 대충 해도 맛있고, 특히 밀대를 안써서 공간차지도 안하고 설거지도 순식간에 끝나요. 바로 갓구운 빵 로망을 충족시켜줍니다. 가운데 갈라서 치즈와 햄 넣어 미니햄버거로 먹으면 고급져요. 비싼 번 사용한 프리미엄 버거 아쉽지 않습니다

Come to India you will get easily available at cheaper rate we eat daily and is much more smotother and bigger which is called as PAV. And we are not addicted it's old in India for you Chinese people it is new.
170g Milk = 3/4 Cup 3g Yeast = 1 Tsp 20g Sugar = 1/4 Cup 200g Flour = 1 Cup 2g Salt = 1/2 Tsp 10g Butter = 1 Tbsp This is really a great recipe if you do it per the video and don't overwork things. Remember KISS - (Keep It Simple Stupid) LOL

I made this bread today and it works! I can't believe it because i never successfully made bread before 😭 It is soft and fluffy like the one from store! I use full cream milk and wheat flour. Maybe if i use bread flour it will be even better? Thank you so much for this recipe!
Then can you please tell me how much is 170g of milk in ml?? Idk if this is a thing but every cooking channel measures liquids in grams and it drives me crazy! We have ml for liquids...
Tip for those that want to make this recipe: don't overmix the dough. To get bread with this kind of texture without additives, you'll want to mix just until everything is incorporated so that you don't strengthen the dough. The longer you mix bread, the tougher it becomes unless you add a conditioner or something but even then, the texture of the bread won't be as airy.
what are u talking about??? this is not cake, ur supposed to work the dough enough to develop the gluten which is what allows those beautiful pockets of air. this 'type of texture' is achieved thanks to an enriched dough (as shown in the recipe), proper gluten development and enough proofing times. thats it,,,,, nothing to do with additives lmfao and for the record for anyone wondering, it IS possible to overwork a bread dough tho its pretty damn hard, and you'll know you've gone too far when ur gluten is overdeveloped and it completely breaks, turning ur dough into a loose dough with the consistency of cake batter that has zero stretch and and tears easily
@@rima4837 Are you asking if it's better do this by hand or using a stand mixer or bread mixer? If so, then if it's a small batch like shown in the video, I recommend by hand and spatula as shown in the video. If you triple the recipe, then I recommend a mixer. I prefer to use a stand mixer with a dough hook for quicker incorporation but either machine is fine. Don't use a fast speed unless you make a lot of dough.
@@crystaleyesd827 this is true for a typical bread but not this particular recipe. 3 things to notice: 1. She incorporates the flour and milk and mixes the dough until most of the flour is incorporated. 2. She adds butter until everything is evenly incorporated but does not continue. 3. She used yeast as a leavening agent and fermented the dough. The amount of time it took to evenly incorporate the milk, flour, and butter together is ample knead time for this recipe. Typical breads are kneaded even after ingredients are incorporated and this is what I'm cautioning others to not do. And no, the kneading/incorporation of ingredients allows structure for the dough but does not cause air pockets or fluffiness. That would be caused by the yeast that leavens the dough and the fermentation process. Fermenting dough can also lead to bread structure which allows less kneading but requires more resting (fermenting). Also, when I say over kneading, I don't mean until the gluten breaks down. It's just that every recipe has it's own set of rules/instructions. For this particular recipe, too much kneading is over kneading. As for additives, I meant conditioners that are commonly used in commercial settings. It allows them to churn out more loaves with less precision and time but still allows them to achieve a soft bread. This can also be adjusted to recipes for donuts, bagels, etc. You'd be surprised at how many companies and restaurants use conditioners.

(약간 질게느껴지는데 괜찮다.) 6. 랩을 씌우고 2배 크기가 될 때까지 발효시킨다. (1시간) 7. 도마 바닥에 밀가루를 깔고 반죽을 사각형 모양으로 넓게 편다. 8. 바둑판 모양으로 잘라 새알처럼 동그랗게 만들어 준다. 9. 오븐에 넣어 잠시 발효 시킨다. 10. 굽기 직전 붓으로 빵위에 우유를 발라준다. 11. 예열한 오븐에 160도로 20분간 굽는다. 12. 빵이 뜨거울 때 바로 버터를 발라준다.

You can stuff it with cheese (while you make the balls) the cheese will be melted and taste really good. You can use a white cream cheese (especially if the cheese is cubes) not Cheddar or mozzarella. Then after you take it out top it with sugar syrup or honey. It can be a sweet dessert or just a pastry without syrup on top!

I made this recipe again, and now I used kefir whey instead of milk, it was even better than the first dough. This one is much lighter, but the dough takes longer to be able to mold, since the dough is much more moist, but the final result is spectacular! it has a crunchy base and a very spongy crumb, it becomes whiter and has a very characteristic flavor. serves as a filling with jellies and sweets or kefir cream with smoked salmon, or sour cream, for a family celebration as an entrant.

Have you ever made khaliyat an nahl(Honey comb bread)? It's an Arabic dish made just like this. The only thing is we add zaatar or cream cheese or olives inside it. Please try making it like that next time. I tell you, its delicious!
Luckily had a kitchen scale so I can convert the measurements:) my kids loved these and they were all eaten before dinner even began. 😂 next time I want try a garlic butter mixture and see how that tastes :)

첫 베이킹으로 만들어봤어요! 반죽할때 생각보다 너무 진득?거리고 손에서 안떨어져서 당황했어요😂😂 그냥 계속 밀가루 묻혀가면서 만드니까 나중엔 요령생겨서 속도가 빨라졌어요! 전 160도에 20분정도 구운거같아요 아이들도 신랑도 다 잘 먹었어요~~>

I used whole wheat grain instead of bread flour and. .... I used 2 grams yeast instead of 3

Tip for those that want to make this recipe: don't overmix the dough.
To get bread with this kind of texture without additives, you'll want to mix just until everything is incorporated so that you don't strengthen the dough. The longer you mix bread, the tougher it becomes unless you add a conditioner or something but even then, the texture of the bread won't be as airy.

what are u talking about??? this is not cake, ur supposed to work the dough enough to develop the gluten which is what allows those beautiful pockets of air. this 'type of texture' is achieved thanks to an enriched dough (as shown in the recipe), proper gluten development and enough proofing times. thats it,,,,, nothing to do with additives lmfao
and for the record for anyone wondering, it IS possible to overwork a bread dough tho its pretty damn hard, and you'll know you've gone too far when ur gluten is overdeveloped and it completely breaks, turning ur dough into a loose dough with the consistency of cake batter that has zero stretch and and tears easily
@@rima4837 Are you asking if it's better do this by hand or using a stand mixer or bread mixer? If so, then if it's a small batch like shown in the video, I recommend by hand and spatula as shown in the video. If you triple the recipe, then I recommend a mixer. I prefer to use a stand mixer with a dough hook for quicker incorporation but either machine is fine. Don't use a fast speed unless you make a lot of dough.
@@crystaleyesd827 this is true for a typical bread but not this particular recipe. 3 things to notice:
1. She incorporates the flour and milk and mixes the dough until most of the flour is incorporated.
2. She adds butter until everything is evenly incorporated but does not continue.
3. She used yeast as a leavening agent and fermented the dough.
The amount of time it took to evenly incorporate the milk, flour, and butter together is ample knead time for this recipe. Typical breads are kneaded even after ingredients are incorporated and this is what I'm cautioning others to not do. And no, the kneading/incorporation of ingredients allows structure for the dough but does not cause air pockets or fluffiness. That would be caused by the yeast that leavens the dough and the fermentation process. Fermenting dough can also lead to bread structure which allows less kneading but requires more resting (fermenting). Also, when I say over kneading, I don't mean until the gluten breaks down. It's just that every recipe has it's own set of rules/instructions. For this particular recipe, too much kneading is over kneading.
As for additives, I meant conditioners that are commonly used in commercial settings. It allows them to churn out more loaves with less precision and time but still allows them to achieve a soft bread. This can also be adjusted to recipes for donuts, bagels, etc. You'd be surprised at how many companies and restaurants use conditioners.

버블빵 만들기(식탁일기)
*재료: 강력분 200g, 우유 170g(여름엔 차가운, 봄 가을 겨울엔 따뜻한 우유), 설탕 20g
이스트 3g, 소금 2g, 녹인 무염버터 10g
*요리방법:
1. 우유에 이스트를 넣고 잘 섞는다.
2. 설탕을 넣어 잘 섞어 랩을 씌워 10분간 둔다.
3. 밀가루, 소금을 섞어준다.
4. 2와 3을 주걱으러 섞으며 반죽을 해준다.
5. 녹인 무염 버터를 넣어 섞어준다. (약간 질게느껴지는데 괜찮다.)
6. 랩을 씌우고 2배 크기가 될 때까지 발효시킨다. (1시간)
7. 도마 바닥에 밀가루를 깔고 반죽을 사각형 모양으로 넓게 편다.
8. 바둑판 모양으로 잘라 새알처럼 동그랗게 만들어 준다.
9. 오븐에 넣어 잠시 발효 시킨다.
10. 굽기 직전 붓으로 빵위에 우유를 발라준다.
11. 예열한 오븐에 160도로 20분간 굽는다.
12. 빵이 뜨거울 때 바로 버터를 발라준다.

I love a good Roti bread.
You can stuff it with cheese (while you make the balls) the cheese will be melted and taste really good. You can use a white cream cheese (especially if the cheese is cubes) not Cheddar or mozzarella. Then after you take it out top it with sugar syrup or honey. It can be a sweet dessert or just a pastry without syrup on top!

My parents loved this recipe, instead of milk I use homemade whey-free kefir and it works out great!
I made this recipe again, and now I used kefir whey instead of milk, it was even better than the first dough. This one is much lighter, but the dough takes longer to be able to mold, since the dough is much more moist, but the final result is spectacular! it has a crunchy base and a very spongy crumb, it becomes whiter and has a very characteristic flavor. serves as a filling with jellies and sweets or kefir cream with smoked salmon, or sour cream, for a family celebration as an entrant.
I made these tonight, but vegan (soy milk and non-dairy butter): incredible! Thanks for the recipe!

It's an Arabic dish made just like this. The only thing is we add zaatar or cream cheese or olives inside it.
Please try making it like that next time. I tell you, its delicious!
Luckily had a kitchen scale so I can convert the measurements:) my kids loved these and they were all eaten before dinner even began. 😂 next time I want try a garlic butter mixture and see how that tastes :)

19분구웠는데 오래구운건지 아니면 초반 7분을 중간칸에서 구워서 겉이 빨리익어서 그런지 겉은 좀 질기지만
애기도 꽤나 잘먹고 3개나 먹었네요ㅎ

다만 제입에는 조금 뻑뻑했어요
