Breakfast Recipes - Butter Breakfast Bread Recipe
Necessary materials
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams)
Half a teaspoon of salt (4 grams)
1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil (10 ml)
2 cups of flour (240 grams)
For the above :
1 teaspoon of butter (10 grams)
The cup size I use - 200 ml standard water glass.
Cooking time - 180 (°), baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

С начала надо растворить дрожжи в молоке, потом всыпать муку и уж потом добавлять масло!, если добавлять масло сразу то оно обволакивая дрожжи создаёт плёнку и дрожжи плохо активизируются!, ну по крайней мере меня учили профессионалы!, я по профессии повар- кондитер!

Я таким образом , делаю разборник , сдобное дрожжевое тесто , делю на кусочки , в каждый начинку , у меня их три или четыре и потом либо маленькими пирожками формирую , либо также . Потом обмакиваю в масло растительное и один к одному укладываю в форму , вперемешку начинки , даю подняться и выпекаю . У меня так делала бабушка , потом мама и я теперь . Получается очень вкусно , берёшь такой кусочек и не знаешь с какой начинкой будет 😊

que te crees tu que es tan facil, la masa de pan tiene su meollo que yo, cuando hace 2 años nos encerraron por lo del covid yo me empeñe en aprender a hacer pan.......... el mejor momento para hacerlo es cuando estes enfadao porque parece ser que le tienes que "pegar", probe de una y otra manera y al final deje de intentarlo (recien hecho muy rico, al dia siguiente una piedra) y me pase al macrame............
