had the same trouble as well. I feel like the video left out some important step to make it fluffy. I use machine to beat the egg white, but it is no where as thick as in the video. Edit, I found out where my problem was. I was using brown sugar instead of regular white sugar. I tried again using regular white sugar and it became SO much thicker!! Hope this help for folks having trouble getting the thickness consistancy.

hmmm..not sure what I'm doing wrong here but my measurement is exactly as described. I beat the egg white into a thickening texture. However, when mixing the white and the yellow together at the end, it because liquidy to the point, it wouln't hold the shape. I feel like more flour should be added, or less milk. Edit: I found where my mistake is and I hope it may address for those with the same problem. For me it turns out the mistake was that I was using brown sugar. I tried again but this time using regular white sugar and the texture became so much thicker. Recommendation: avoid using brown sugar!!

In my opinion, one of the conditions for a successful soufflé is perfect heat control. Or, it can easily sink even when undercooked.

짤주머니 없으시면 네모난 비닐봉지에 넣고 한쪽 끝만 살짝 잘라서 쓰면 비슷하게 사용할수있어요

If you don't have cake purpose flour, you can also mix 7 tablespoons of all-purpose flour with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and sift it together !
