Idk but the equal length sounds similar to H6 in Porsches and sounds more exotic. The s55 with single midpipe just amplifies the stock f8x sound and honestly almost everyone dislikes from the very beginning but to each his own. The perfect combo for me is equal length + Meisterschaft 👌🏻

I have cat less down pipes….secondary cat’s delete, stock muffler and it’s fine…
I have learnt to live with it…sounds like a freaking race car …love it ..S55;is what it is .

Still think the inked custom full exhaust is the only way to go on the s55. He has definitely figured out the perfect exhaust for that engine.

I quite like my bog standard non-comp F83. I hate all the crackles and bangs of comps and GTS's.
As a former E46 m3 owner all i can say about Rasp is "what rasp" 😂
When you've had an E46 for a few years with a tin can full of angry hornets, you don't know what rasp is.

Yeah that shit sounds absolutely ass. It's just Lound and way too rasp, doesn't even sound like an S55 anymore. Just get an MPE and you're sorted, hell even the stock exhaust sounds good as is.
