Just did the same on my F82 with the MPE! Mine definitely sounds louder but I do have catless vrsf downpipes, that's probably why. Maybe switch to non resonated downpipes if you want some more volume!
@@Jbpgarage Ah gotcha. I have the MPE currently and I'm about to add catless downpipes. I'm debating if I should just go ahead and add a single midpipe because I want that deeper tone and more turbo spool noise

If you have BM3 try the GTS tune. The exhaust note sounds really good. I have the same setup on my F80
Did you reuse the OEM downpipe gasket on the vrsf mid pipe or did use after market gasket?

What made you switch from the secondary cat deletes to the single midpipe? How would you compare the sound?
It was either single or equal length, and single is the only one that solves the 2k DCT drone. It sounds great, especially in the high rpm range.

Nope, doesn’t smell because of the resonator.

Yes, but I went with the resonator DP.
You don't like rasp but you like the pops and bangs? (Burbletune) personally I think the rich burble tune is such an ugly sound
