    Laying on a frozen bottle of water (placed just above the hips also use a pillow under your head) for 5min 1-2 times a day. Has released sooo much pain in my hips and lower back.

    I don't know how you always read my mind but you do! Things always come at the perfect time. I live in a rural area but just had an X-ray done last week so I can go to a chiropractor and possibly PT. I am having so much leg pain from butt to ankle with most of the pain in the back of my thigh and my shin.
    Did just the first 2 stretches at my desk. Yep, that is the spot. Pain instantly gone from thigh and shin, stretch made my leg tremble. It's definitely the muscle. Now to find out why. Thanks!

      I have a question. I have been having this type of pain after having had discomfort when sitting as though there was a marble moving around on the right side of my lower back. My pain is now over the whole area on my low back but in the front of my right leg not the back, from hip and groin all the way to my ankle. Most of my C- Spine shows degenerating discs on MRI. Is what you’re describing similar to that?

    Thank you Dr. Rowe for this clear, easy to follow video. I haven't had my sciatica pain for a few months, but I know it can come back anytime so I've been working on some of these exercises already just as maintenance. Now there's more exercises I will be including in my routine.

    Hi Dr. Rowe, can you make a video about how to relieve patellar tendinoid pain in the leg, I have had this pain for years, initially it started with plantar fasciitis, then pain and inflammation began throughout all my leg.     I constantly would struggle with the one sided pain until I put a partial lift in my shoe, needing only 2 of the 3 sections of the lift. Pain went away. For years my chiropractor struggled with the possibility of a lift. My mother had 1” difference. This only works for a structural body asymmetry.

    This doesn't help If your sI joint dysfunction is due to lax/injured SI ligaments. My SI joint is fine. Not the issue. It's the ligaments and I've needed shockwave therapy and plenty of other help to get it to start healing. Mine is chronic. For someone like me, stretching and PT isnt enough.
    I also have a sacralized L5 S1 on the same side as the SI joint dysfunction. My doctor thinks that what I might be pointing to is that L5 S1 joint. He might be right. I'm getting a CT scan to confirm. But it still doesn't negate the lax SI ligaments and into that sciatica notch.
    Dont suffer like me thinking it's the joint. It's the joint. It might be for you. It's not for me. My ligaments were in horrible shape. Thank God this shockwave stuff is helping. I really hate injections. I'm hoping everything I'm doing will avoid it.

    I’m having a problem finding a video in your playlist for what’s wrong. I don’t know what the problem is but my outer left hip down through my outer left thigh hurts and it gets numb. I don’t know if it’s sciatica related or what but everything I’ve tried does not get rid of it. Can you link a video that will help get rid of this numbness and pain?
