    I just cook the whole meal prep. ( I skipped blueberries and spinach) I am a person who cooks from scratch and I was surprise how tasty everything is. I would love to get more videos of lose weight prep with grocery lists. Even if you don’t need to lose weight this is so time saving. You cook 3 hours then no cooking for 5 days. Winner! Thank you!

      IKR! meal prepping is such a time saver in the long run! I try to make my meals as tasty and healthy as possible without using a bunch of exotic expensive ingredients so I’m glad you appreciate that 😌 I have several more 5-day menus on my blog with grocery lists as well 🥰

    I came across your channel and love your recipes. I suffer with gut issues, acid reflux, SIBO/IBS. and trying to heal myself without meds. I did make your morning hash and it’s one of my favorite breakfast choices. Thank you for the time you take to prepare these meals. 👍🥰🌹

    I typically can't follow "meal prep" ideas because they are either way to complicated or they are something I would never eat. BUT I've done many of yours and they truly are SO YUMMY!!! And they are so easy to do! Thank you! 🙏 Also your adorable!

    Hack for blueberries, you can freeze the fresh blueberries, then dip. The yogurt sticks better. 😉

    I love your videos!! Following your meal preps has helped me to lose 11 lbs in 2 weeks (and that’s with cheating quite a bit throughout although I’m not proud of it lol) and the fact that all your meals are DELICIOUS absolutely helps! I’m excited to try this one next 😊

    I purchased many fruits and vegetables last weekend to prepare your healthy meals. I don't have a clean eating habit. But I really want to switch to healthy eating that's the reason I purchased groceries as per your list.

    I just made the Turkey sausage patties. The only thing I did differently was only using 1/2 tsp salt instead of a whole tsp. These are sooooooo amazing!!!! I was skeptical about blueberries mixed with ground turkey but you are a genius!! Now on my permanent rotation!! Thanks!!!!❤❤❤❤

    Dang girl, everything looks so so good! 🙏 I usually get turned off by a lot of meal prep recipes people come up with.. they just don't look that flavourful/appealing to my personal taste. But every food item you presented I would 100% try!

    These power bowls are so incredible, they are so healthy and jam packed with good food. I have an hour commute to work and even with a full night's rest I would still get drowsy on the drive. Since I've been preparing your meals this hasn't happened. I swear to god these meals with all these vegetables have given me more energy!!! Thank you so much, you're amazing!!!

    Hi Kayla!! My family & I have been watching your videos for awhile now & this year we decided to try your meal preps. So, we started w/this one this past week and I will say...WooHOOOOO!!! No leftovers. Nothing going to waste. Our family ate everything we made. We did not make everything to a "t" like yours, but for the most part we followed it. We did the sweet potatoes & beets. The breakfast sausage & muffins. These items we actually made enough to take all week to work. The soup, we just made for dinner one night and it was delicious. This week, we are doing your meal prep from last January of 2022. Our family is not the best at meal prepping, but we are learning and we are excited to follow more of your preps. You asked if your followers would like you to make more videos like this, and our answer is "yes." We would love to have more videos. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents w/the world.     I love meal prepping! I’ve signed up for your challenge and loved the recipes. Sure I’m standing in the kitchen for hours on meal prep day but it sure helps during the busy work week. Meals and snacks become grab and go. Well worth the effort.

    I have tried non-carb pastas and I just cannot eat them. The after taste gets me so I will stick with the usual but portion and only eat the appropriate serving. These recipes looks amazing! I left weight watchers recently. they changed their program 3 times while I was on the diet and need a program to keep my on track. This is really good!

    Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

    So delicious! I've been on this for 3 days: lost 2 pounds, and I feel SO much better already!     I wanted to ask if you meal prep every 5 days? how fresh is everything when its kept in the fridge that long? and do you reheat in the microwave?

      Lol trust me I wish I could! But, from testing and planning the recipes and macros to filming, editing, writing the blog post, etc. it takes me 2 weeks (no days off) to complete everything. I’d LOVEEEE to post more of these but it’s so much work for one person! My goal is to be able to hire an assistant in the future 🤞🏼🤞🏼
      Regarding freshness, I keep my fridge super cold so everything stays fresh for me up to 5 days. But, the good thing is that most of my meals can also be frozen. I reheat either in the oven, on the stovetop, or if I’m not home I’ll use my portable lunchbox oven which is linked in the description box ☺️

    Hi Kayla! I don’t like ground turkey very much but my nutritionist said I need to eat more of it to address specific deficiencies and problems, so I do. I can’t do a turkey patty instead of ground beef, and I don’t really like it in place of other meats in typical recipes, but I tried your sausage recipe and it is so good! I’m allergic to nightshades so I substituted a quarter teaspoon of spicy organic ginger powder for the paprika, and I swapped Szechuan pepper for the red pepper flake. It’s delicious! My husband added ground turkey to the meat order last night so I’ll be making more batches of breakfast sausage soon. Yay!

    I love that you don't use seed oils. I use EVOO right now, but I might have to make the switch to avocado/coconut because I heard that a lot of the olive oil in grocery stores is blended with seed oils 🥴

    I just made the Roasted Veggie and Chicken Power Bowl and I must say it was delicious! The sweet potatoes made it and the vinaigrette was a nice touch. I'm not a fan of chicken breast but shredding it made it sooo much better. These recipe ideas are amazing!
