Can I crop a freeframe footage from left/right side? Or, I can only crop it from the middle section only?

You must have had better luck using the Action Remote with the Ace Pro. Every time I turn off the camera and remote and then turn them pack on again I have to re-pair them!

Officially this is not possible - I think the cover is glued - probably with some force you can remove it. But this will probably invalidate the warranty.
I understand the consequences, but the warranty is just only 1 year, so it means after one year if you can buy the lens meaning you can replace it yourself, also it is now prone to corrosion....

You mean at the same time? No, that's not possible
Clarity zoom are present in Photo HDR mode, but not in Photo normal mode. Why?
Change to the lower resolution in Photo mode and you can use clarity zoom.
because you can't crop a 48M from the center of 48M fullsize sensor. zoom is only available in 12M mode.

Could it possibly be that that they could make the 4k downsampled from 8k?
It uses a Quad Bayer sensor - so 4 pixel are grouped together when shooting in 4K
