This game is nostalgia overload in a good way. Although I’ve only played Series 1 so far, I just received Series 2 today and I’m planning on playing it in the next few days. I love slasher flicks and Final Girl really resonated with me. I found the more that I played it, the more I enjoyed it and the faster I played it, as well. With time, you will drastically decrease that playtime. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and I’m glad you enjoyed it! Gives me something to look forward to. Finally, I wanted to add that Series 2 has a nice mix of sci-fi, fairytale and slasher-style themes to explore. The first season was great because it focused on the horror and slasher flicks. This one has a bit of everything! Take care.
I really enjoy this game. It really catches the stereotype and runs with it. I also love the unofficial nod to the movies that each villain and setting inspire. I just wish I could share this game with my other players. It's too good not to share, but it is a solitaire experience. Real world problems right? Anyway, than you for the comment, and thank you for watching. I like these series 2 so much I may go back and pick up the series 1, if you recommend it. Cheers!
@@blandgaming6222 I highly recommend it. If you enjoy Final Girl enough and you see yourself coming back again and again, it’s an easy recommendation. It depends how much you see yourself playing solo in the future. If you’re not going to play too much, picking up an expansion or two is the cheaper option. Personally, I adore this game!
@@SoloBoardGamingKnight By the way, I know you are a solo gamer, but have you looked at Terrorscape on Kickstarter right now? The theme is right up your alley! Cheers!
@@blandgaming6222 The 1v3 seems perfect for a horror setting. Now that my kids are living the high school and college life, I’ll have to attempt to convert my wife into a board gamer or those around us (doesn’t look good for me). Until then, it’s a solo life for me.
Because this is the worst TH-cam channel on the internet. I have to protect my brand. 😉 Seriously though I don't have a lot of free time and I'm not very professional. I just try to talk to you about the game as if you were sitting at my table drinking a beer with me. Cheers! 🍻
I like the idea and theme of the game, and the optional soundtrack. But the actual thematic board that shows the area is too small. And that's important to a lover of table presence like me. And there are just too many cards all over the place.

I'm watching your review of Series 1 now. Subbed.

How can you make a review of the whole season after just one game? 🥴 You should've titled this as "Final Girl: Evomorph review" at least.
Nothing like a review after playing something one time lmao why not just call it a first impression
